Went to store with family and it was extremely unprofessional behaviour by owner. After paying the bill we politely asked if pizza comes with 1 complementary dip or not like any other local canadian brands, Owner started arguments and shouting and cancelled the order. Even other customers told him that it was totally unnecessary argument over a simple question asked.

After tiring of our regular pizza place and the diminishing quality of their product we tried Red Swan Pizza. What a difference! There was no chintzing out on cheese or fixings, and the pizzas were put together with care, not hastily slapped together. It matters! It's our new go to now. Service was great. Well done Red Swan Orillia!

Extremely disappointed with the food quality. I was served a completely burnt pizza, and what's worse is that the staff clearly noticed it was burnt but still chose to serve it. This shows a complete lack of care for the customer experience. Very poor service and unacceptable food standards

I always buy pizza in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while! The crust is perfectly balanced—crispy yet soft at the same time. The toppings are fresh and bursting with flavor. I will definitely be coming back!
