Ordered @ Cambridge location. Very cheaply prepared, topped and cooked. Poor customer service, playing loud music very disturbing No proper communication skills. Wont recommend this location. Earlier I tried in Brampton-Cherry crest location. They provide very good service and excellent food preparation and presentation with good deal of extra toppings. No No No...its waste.

Absolute waste of money, they have a promotion on door dash for buy one get one free and when they mess it up they do nothing. What's the point in offering a deal and then not honoring. Terrible service. Actually I double checked to make sure I clicked the "deal" buy one get one free. Either way I was not offered a way to fix it through your restaurant. Just call door dash, which I don't think it's possible. It's your responsibility as a restaurant to deal with the customers when orders are not correct. Like I said, terrible service.

I love this place! Not too greasy pizza, and the Sesame seed crust gives it a unique twist. Service is friendly and quick and they always have amazing deals available. They also have 5$ desserts so with a 5$ pizza and a 5$ lava cake im pretty satisfied.

Ordered tonight, woman on the phone was very rude, very very rude for no apparent reason. Pizza is mediocre at best, sesame seeds on the crust doesn’t justify the price.

Great Pizza place, tried first time spicy paneer pizza and taste was awesome, I was surprised with quality of pizza. Never had such quality of pizza. Crust was so good, ingredients taste so good and shop owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Ordered delivery at 5:25pm. Knew that likely tonight would be longer then 45 mins. When 6:55pm hit I called for an update. I got forwarded to an answering machine. I made my way down. Walked in at 7:11 pm and Told them Im here to cancelled. Said that 90 plus mins is too much especially given its a very short drive. He didn't really say much other then it was out for delivery and "sorry". I went elsewhere and got great service. The best part is the person at the store didn't bother calling the driver to tell him I cancelled. He still tried to deliver. Was a first time attempt at Red swan. Won't try again. I'm sure the food is great but given that I didn't try it they get a low star for food also.
To the reply. For sure you won't get another chance to prove it! Between the length of time, lack of effort on your end to make it right and unprofessionalism when it comes to your reply (grammar is a huge key factor) and the overall entire experience you had and lost your chance. You replied faster to a bad review then delivering a pizza. That screams tons.

Decided to give the pizza a try as I had heard very good things about it. Ordered a cilantro chili chicken pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. The Hawaiian pizza was overcooked and dry. Out of the 8 slices in the box only 2 slices had more than one chunk of ham per slice. The cilantro chili chicken wasn’t even the right pizza. It was undercooked and doughie and didn’t even have the correct toppings. Couldn’t find a single piece of chicken on it. Overall was not impressed and will not be returning. Will stick with other pizza places that have better track records.
