We have ordered from Royal Oak a few times now. First time it was amazing! Second time was not bad. This time was disappointing. Meat dishes had very few pieces of protein and had mostly onion in one dish and broccoli in the other. Wontons were overcooked and tasteless. Chicken balls and shrimp were good as usual luckily. Don’t think we will be going back unfortunately.

This restaurant is currently take out only. We dropped by pretty late to get some Chinese food on Monday when not much else was open.
I have to say, the food is mediocre, however it is inexpensive and the portions are large.
In any case, it is one of the places I'm fairly certain I won't come back, even if I'm in the neighborhood.

Thought I would try this place as my usual place closed down. Very disappointing. Egg roll was cold and greasy. Rice was very sticky and bland. Chicken was dry. Never going there again. What a waste of money.

The dinning room not open speaks volume...substitution/good enough is so sad. Three bite size pieces of the star ingredient and a abundance of low cost filler at our convenience. In exchange for hard earned cash? $$$ Bit of advice Royal Oak, never assume. I'm not the one who isn't filling the seats.
