Was happy with the restaurant, the food, service and speed of service. As to be expected and fresh.

What can I say just a brutal experience the last few times we have been there, last night was by far the worst. We ordered our food the wife asks for extra dill dip for her boneless wings and we also ordered some garlic bread for appetizer, food arrives boneless wings are stone cold no appetizer my wing nachos were ok but needed some sauce on them and only received one dill dip, oh well will ask the waitress when she stops by to check on us, well that never happened. She finally came to us took plates admitted she forgot about us while all of the waitresses were at the bar waiting for drinks or something idk, 20 mins later she brings bill . I was counting down she had 3 more minutes before we just walked out. I am not one to complain , but I felt taken advantage of for garbage food and this has been about the 3rd time it’s been crap, I won’t be going back and will be telling all my friends to stay away
It’s too bad not sure what happened with this place was a good spot to go at one time.

6 of us where there for what we though was going to be a dinner. Waited over 29 minutes. Finally got up and left. There was no excuse for this service. The computer was right behind me.

Worst experience. No seat yourself sign. Multiple empty tables had dirty plates and not cleared off. Found a seat just to wait 20 minutes for no service. Only when we got up to leave were we asked if we had been helped. Will not support that restaurant

Arrived at 2:30 today, there was a group of 5 people at the bar and 2 servers, we were told to sit anywhere, we sat there for 15mins, no one came to our table, no menus, no drinks order, we walked out. If I were the owner I’d be pissed. We walked 3 doors down to Wimpys and got serve right away.

I ordered dusted wings 2 pounds and fries. Wife got 1 pound boneless. Got them to the table and took a bite of mine almost broke a tooth. They were dry hard and not pleasant to look at. Sent them back only to get 15 wings that were even worse. I told the waitress that they were fine and got the hell out of there. Only good thing about tonight was the drinks and waitress.

The service was absolutely horrible, took about 20 minutes to get our starters and 2 minutes later our main meals came. We didn’t get greeted at the door and the restaurant was basically empty. We were not checked up on once until we were completely done our meals. The chicken is flavourless and bland… tastes like walmart brand chicken which walmart is probably better. The staff member in particular talked to us very shortly and seemed like she didn’t even want us there and talked to a customer the table infront of us with so much excitement and how a waiter should talk to their customers. My first and last time at this restaurant.
Excellent friendly service, ate outside and enjoyed attmosphere, inside was to loud.

This place used to be great. I don't know if it's new management or the new cooks, but we went for dinner tonight and it was disgusting. Almost chipped a tooth on the fries, the wings were very clearly old, hard & ending up us both food poisoning. There was one waitress running around doing everything & she was so sweet. Absolutely disgusting food though. Save yourself the stomachache and don't go here.

Well, I thought I would give them another try. I'm disappointed again! The service was so bad. There is only one waitress that was doing everything, and that is Robyn. All the others stood around or just handed out the already bagged orders. What is wrong with management! I understand new staff, but seriously! The ones standing around could have been getting napkins,cutlery, and drinks, not drinking a Tim Hortons ice cap checking messages. I worked in a restaurant/ road house before in Niagara Falls for many years. Believe me, I know, busy and service. Your best worker needs support and a raise, and your staff needs to work as a team.
