I walked in, the worker attending the bar tells me to sit where i like. I sat there for 10 minutes, and no one came by. This has happened to me there once before. I walked out both times. There were only a few people sitting at the bar in the entire restaurant. I would recommend going somewhere else. There is no excuse for this. Taking my business elsewhere for now on.

I came in with low expectations because we typically do not go to chain restaraunts but I was pleasantly surprised with everything.

Service was great, restaraunt was clean, the only downside was that they were out of the item we wanted, spinach dip. So we got nachos instead, that were decent.

Overall, a pretty good experience at St. Louis Bar & Grill!

Staff's are not attending, always ignored by them for online delivery. Last time i wasted my 40 mins for just one little sendwich 🥪

Really need improvements. Or else you can shut down your online platforms.

When first walked in there was no one there to welcome us. We were told to pick a seat by some random person that was there as a customer. As well there was only two people working. After sitting down then took a bit to get service, after getting the drinks the ice tea was watered down after waiting for what seemed like forever they brought the mains before the starters which what’s the hole point in ordering starters if I don’t get them till you get your main meal. As soon as they placed those chicken tenders in-front of me I lost my appetite. The salad wasn’t bad chicken was a bit overcooked so I ate around it I tried the fries and those weren’t any better I couldn’t even stomach the tender’s as they look so un edible. After being so disappointed with the food it was a wanted to pay and get out because of how the experience went. Also apparently the fly liked my food more then me. So disappointed with this place OH YEAH AFTER GETTING THE BILL $82 FOR IT LIKE SUCH A RIP OFF

Went in for some wings after a long day and Regan was an outstanding server, was the most kind and efficient server I saw, the service given was the best I have experienced super friendly and anything I needed there was not a wait, Regan made this experience worth coming back.

Family of six got cleaned up and went out for wings and pub food. Ordered off their sticky menus avoiding the items that were scratched off with sharpie…… while waiting for our meals I couldn’t help but notice the amount of dust surrounding us on the top of the chair rails and half walls. Bacon burger was served without bacon. Wings were sub par, rubbery and maybe off- we will find out tonight. When it was time to pay our bill we too quickly paid by debit with the machine…. Realizing it was double what it should have been I reviewed the bill. It was then I noticed five extra meals that we neither eaten nor laid eyes on by this family. I immediately went and asked to void the transaction and was told they could not as their pos system wouldn’t allow it. I patiently waited as the server recalculated the transaction and determined the correct refund amount. I continued waiting as phone calls were made to figure out how to actually refund me. Ultimately, I left with cash and a very poor taste in my mouth. We sincerely feel that we looked like cottagers with deep pockets and places to go and they tried to take advantage of inattentiveness. Needless to say, we will not be going back ever. Even if they offer free wings 😕.

Bunt foot that took for ever to get and didn't even get menus, plus the washroom was a disaster with empty beer cans around the toilet

We dined as 13 people at this spot on Friday night. There was an NBA game and asked the server to change the channel which they did not do even though it is a sports bar. The whole table did not get waters. Server had gum while they were taking our order which was very uncalled for. Wings usually come with dip, no dip came to the table. Afterwards once we noticed we are a lot of people we decided to put it on one bill. The server gave us a look and was asking multiple times if we were sure with some attitude. We found it very weird that that was their reaction. After our bill came around we ended up paying and did not tip given all the things that went wrong. I heard from many different people that the manager came out and asked my friends why we did not tip MULTIPLE times. Weird experience. Cauliflower bites were still good tho.
