2 young ladies working the shift around 6:45pm on June 28th gave away a delivery order without verifying the pickup number and would not makeup their mistake or remake the order. They kept ignorantly shrugging it off saying it was not their fault when it clearly was and even went so far as to try and record me whilst confronting them. My ratings have been affected by their level of service and their behaviour is absolutely atrocious. Do not accept orders from this location if you value your job.

Went in today for a little study session and was greeted by Patrick who was a literal GEM. The workers are so sweet and are constantly making an effort to ensure all guests feel welcomed and are satisfied. I tried the Iced Caramel Macchiato as recommended by my friend and it was delish as well as my croissant sandwich. I do really wanna highlight Patrick's energy because it was genuinely so kind and the perfect start to my study grind.

The staff here are always super friendly and nice! Drinks are typically made quickly and without errors. The inside of the cafe is nice and large and very clean.

Parking: There’s always tons of parking available at this location as well

I ordered 2 venti ice chai tea lattes with vanilla cold foam and they gave me smalls and they taste like water. Service was fast but probably because they don’t care. Do not recommend this location

My visit started off great. I placed a mobile order for a Java Chip Frappuccino and went through the drive-thru, where I gave my name for the order. When I reached the window, my drink was still being prepared. I had a pleasant conversation with the girl at the window, but when my drink came, I immediately noticed something was wrong—there was whipped cream at the bottom.I told her this wasn’t right, and she asked if I had ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble. I clarified that I had ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino (the Mocha Cookie Crumble has whipped cream on the bottom and top, while the Java Chip only has it on top). She asked if I wanted it remade, and although I didn’t want to be that person, I said yes because I don't like a lot of whipped cream in my drink.She took the drink and handed it to the person making them. Within a minute, my new drink was ready, which seemed a bit too quick. I took the drink and left, but when I took a sip down the road, it tasted overwhelmingly like whipped cream. I suspect they just blended the original drink with the whipped cream, hoping I wouldn’t notice. But I did, and it did not taste good at all.I had to turn around and get the drink replaced, which made me late for my appointment. I understand that human error happens, as I worked in fast food for years, but when a mistake is pointed out and not properly corrected, it crosses the line from human error to laziness.

They are rectifying the issue so I am changing the review to 3 stars.Before today this location was always my favourite, it was close to me, fast and has great staff. Today I got my drink, paid and realized after the fact that the drive thru attendant applied $5 to my bill as a tip. I did not apply the tip myself.I added proof of the total cost, what I paid and what I ordered. Truly a shame.
