A toilet with a code lock is too much!!! It degrades the dignity of people! Are they ensuring that only certian people can use them? its baseless and degrading to ask permission to use the toilet at the ordering line. Washing hands before eating is a basic necessity of hygiene Shameful, next we will have to bring our own paper. As for the service it was slow, if felt like a factory line with no polite smiles or welcoming attitude did i mention very slow service.

I go to this specific Starbucks when I'm driving through Orillia and have yet to be disappointed! The staff is always friendly and I've had many compliments on my various outfits while waiting for my drinks, which is great for my self-esteem haha! I always leave with a smile on my face, and some bad days have been turned completely around after my visit. Thank you!

While out for a walk with my the crazies, Tayja, just had to have a Starbucks drink. I’d name it if I could understand what she was trying to say… something called a mucky auto.I decided that I would try my very first drink as well. I went with the easiest option 1 large sorry “Venti” hot chocolate. So stressful lolThe barista educated me on why it’s called a venti and now I know that their large cups hold 20 ounces. While we waited for our drinks, laughter was shared between the employees and our group.What a great atmosphere and wonderful customer service!

This location used to be decent, however the last 3 times I've been here it's been awful. Coffees that I have gotten many times before now just taste like gross water. All 3 times have been the same issue, just not making the drinking correctly. For how expensive it is that's just pure annoying. I now go to a different location and my drink is great again.

They will only take 1 ordered at a time through drive thru .. and will not take the next order and start getting it ready before they serve the first car their drinks ? very slow not worth paying extra

I’ve always had nothing but luck at this Starbucks location! The employees here are always so nice and if you’re waiting in the drive through they’ll actually have a conversation with you which is something you’ll never see anywhere else. Also, they always make the drinks and food right on par!
