I went in to grab some gift card for Christmas gifts. Then decided to grab a cappuccino I placed my order at 1:25pm. At 1:55 I had to leave to pick up my daughter. I didn’t even get my coffee. I told the cashier that I cannot wait any longer. They just looked at me, no apologies. This is not a Starbucks that I would recommend.

They don't know a flat white from a latte from a cappuccino. So this time I decide to get a blonde roast regular coffee and its cold. 4 visits in the past 2 months, 4 failures. They shut down the wrong location. The quality of their coffees are quite low.

The store was a disaster. Boxes all over. The 4 ppl Behind me got their orders before mine. I ordered a pink drink with light ice and they took over 10 minutes to make it, brought me a cup full of ice. When I asked her if this was “light ice” the girl Sighed heavily, said ooooo k and went back to fix it. Made several nasty comments to her coworker and then as I walked out she snarled at me and started laughing. This is what you have serving ppl here. Didn’t catch her name but she was a bigger blonde girl working drive through. Based on the other comments here …. This isnt isolated. Your staff are rude.

I kindly ask that you remind your staff not to show rude expressions when a customer requests to have a snack heated. (The staff member in question was a young woman.)
