I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and saw the barista fill my cup halfway with coldbrew, then she added a quarter of the cup with tap water and another quarter of the cup with ice almost to the brim and then maybe a couple of teaspoons of salted caramel creme. $6.50 for a cold brew that contains 25% tapwater and 25% ice. No thanks Starbucks!!

Unbelievable - went twice and they DID NOT have Dark Roast. Sheesh - if you want to charge premium rates, stand apart from boring coffee shops, and be a bit more what people expect.

I really do like the variety of beverages you can buy here. Also there's never a lineup in drive through. The workers are friendly. My favorite drink is caramel macchiato. Very tasty. My daughter introduced me to this place. When I feel like treating myself, I will spend a little more for a better tasting drink. I just wish their prices were lower as I would go more often. The staff are incredibly smart to remember all the different drinks. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this Starbucks location in Zehrs! The ladies there are fantastic! Despite being typically short staffed during "rush hour'", they maintain their professional and efficient standards, all while serving their customers with a positive attitude. Thank you so much Dani and Julia! You two are the BEST!!!

My 12 year old daughter ordered a Venti Iced Gingerbread Oat Chai with Foam. They gave it to her in a Grande. I kindly asked that it was a Venti, instead of a new one they poured it into a Venti cup and added more oat milk. All you could taste was the oat milk. I returned and politely asked for a new one made. All they did was squirt more chai and handed it to me. I left it on the counter super upset. All other locations here in Orillia have amazing service and staff except this one. Will never return, sour puss faces. This store and employees is definitely not Starbucks brand. Nov 23 @ 3:45pm. Worst customer service.

We ordered online 2 Java chip frappes, and I have never had such bad taste. It was so liquidy and may be they forgot to add sugar or what I don’t know, but it was all waste of money. I will never go back on this
