Just left the Starbucks on memorial. There were 2 drive thru staff that both gave me attitude when I let them know that they did not hear my order. I had one of them roll her eyes at me. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I decided to finally give myself a treat before Christmas and I ordered a drink I used to get when I was in high school I have my favourite orders written down in my phone so I don’t forget them I asked for a iced oat milk honey latte with a single shot of espresso and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. They opened the window took my money and closed it as fast as possible when they gave me my drink they gave me the iced latte on it’s own and in a small cup a shot of espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam I didn’t even get the chance to say anything before the lady closed the window and started taking the next order. I drive a large truck so it’s a challenge parking there was no available spots for me to park and I had somewhere I needed to be even when I mixed the drinks together it didn’t taste right.
I decided to give them a second try two week later and ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha with a shot of blonde espresso with caramel drizzle and sweet cream cold foam they gave me the drink but hot and not iced and against they closed the window before I could say anything.

This is our go to location for Starbucks. Even if we are on the opposite side of town we will order here and drive over. They know there customers they make an extra effort to chat to you. It’s always a welcoming experience and they want to make sure they make it right if something is wrong. They’ve always gone above and beyond with service. The store atmosphere is always bright and welcoming. Management is fantastic just like the staff!

I forgot his name, but I ordered something off the app and went to this location to pick it up, only to realize I picked the wrong Starbucks 🤦♂️ he said “no problem, what did you order and we’ll make it for you to save you the trip”.
This was on Sunday November 30th, 2025 at approx 2:45pm. I have worked in some degree of customer service my entire life, and what was demonstrated by this employee was the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service.
Whoever you are, you saved me a trip and made my day. Thank you! You deserve a raise, and a sweet Christmas bonus.
Great place to sit in and get work done! The staff here always makes sure I have the best quality beverages and will even go out of their way to give wonderful substitutes and suggestion's. Keep it up team 👍

Excellent costumer service. I love going for my morning coffee and get served by zarah, she is a very sweet genuine lady. Always asking how my morning is going and making sure I get my order right, she even knows it by heart, I saw how calm and respectful she is even in the midst of her chaotic work like the red cup day, other costumers were being rude and even dismissive towards her when she asked about how their day was going, all they wanted was the red cup. It’s as a CUP just be nice back no need to be rude or disrespectful towards others over a plastic cup!!! Excellent costumer service, keep up the good work , she obviously follows Starbucks policies to make every customer have a great experience.

2nd day in a row i've been late to work because they've taken over 20 minutes to make a latte. i thought yesterday was just a busy day but today is worse. im stupid for coming back. the drivethru is backed up to the road and 10 people inside waiting. 2 girls don't know how to make hot drinks so they can only take orders. one girl was on break watching all the other girls struggle. there's 4 people in the store working. this is absolutely ridiculous. hire some more employees and train the ones you have.
