I ordered a veggie bowl with couple of sauces on it, what I get is a soggy salad bowl not even half filled..Very disappointing.I also asked for cookies, and they guys were out of it by 4 PM

Ordered two subs online which said they would be ready in 15 minutes. When I show up, there was a sign on the door saying be back in half an hour. I returned home later to get a call asking me to come back to get my subs and they also informed me there was no lettuce in the store that day.

Don’t understand the hype. Thin, almost burnt patty in a giant bun. No taste. Fries are alright, but not worth stopping for. McDonalds is better, it pains me to say.
