This was my favourite childhood location, however staff has been extremely rude lately and haven't been following food safely guidelines such as not wearing hairnets, refusing to refund food that has rotten veggies on it, and there was some sort of gunk in my fountain drink that probably came from the machine not being cleaned as much as it should be. I wish I took pictures of the sandwich and drink before throwing them out. Will not be ordering from here again.

Every time I go to Subway, I'm reminded there are so many better options. This week's failure is order # 897DB602-76. Southwest steak and avocado bowl. Beautiful bowl. Veggies were very fresh. Would have been nice to get the steak with it though. I'll take half the blame. I should have known to check before leaving.

I had a very similar experience to the person who never got a refund for their order that never even went anywhere near their house. Apparently there are people in the area signing up to be Doordashers and using fake numbers so they can steal your food. Will not be ordering from Subway or Doordash again.

Ah I hate to leave a bad review, this is our go to, however I noticed well we where getting served neither of the two ladies 04/19/25 @1830 had hair nets on. And of course just my luck I get a few bites in to my first half and there's a long black hair in my sub, I got a pretty good stomach however someones hair in my food makes me want to throw up, so there's a sub gone to waste please do better as that was truly disgusting

Came in for lunch on March 22 around 1245 young lady did welcome us but didn't wash her hands, then we just felt rushed, had to repeat what I wanted on my sub 3 times and had to explain the build of the sandwich, as I was paying transaction not even finished she said good bye, then went back to veggie next customers sandwich without washing her hands, sandwich did taste fresh otherwise rating would have been lower

I’ve lived in Orillia my whole life and I can say there are Karen’s who will make the restaurant look bad and make the workers look stupid but I will say otherwise they are the best here at this location. I come here all the time and I have zero problems. Always fresh and I will recommend to my friends. Keep up the good work!

This use to be my favourite subway. I went in at 5:30 in the afternoon and they weren't busy. They had no soup the first girl says, then at the end I ask why they didn't have soup as it's dinner and I was really counting on them having it because it was for my wife who is sick at home. The other girls then says "we have soup but it'll be 5 mins to make" and I said "your coworker just said you were out of soup" and I get replied with "do you want it or not?" I'm never going back to this location. Rude, and lazy. Also had no green olives as well. LAZY much. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
Food and Staff at this location are second to none! They're so sweet and friendly! Great neighbours as well! Always make sure to wave as I'm passing by as well! - Your friendly neighbourhood Jake from Rogers <3
