I’ve lived in Orillia my whole life and I can say there are Karen’s who will make the restaurant look bad and make the workers look stupid but I will say otherwise they are the best here at this location. I come here all the time and I have zero problems. Always fresh and I will recommend to my friends. Keep up the good work!

This use to be my favourite subway. I went in at 5:30 in the afternoon and they weren't busy. They had no soup the first girl says, then at the end I ask why they didn't have soup as it's dinner and I was really counting on them having it because it was for my wife who is sick at home. The other girls then says "we have soup but it'll be 5 mins to make" and I said "your coworker just said you were out of soup" and I get replied with "do you want it or not?" I'm never going back to this location. Rude, and lazy. Also had no green olives as well. LAZY much. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Ordered a 6 foot sub for a party on April 7, 2024. Everyone commented on how fresh and delicious it was. The lady who took my order was so nice and willing to make it to my specifications. I made a couple of changes before the actual day without any problems. I would recommend this Subway in a minute. Thank you so much ladies for a job well done and excellent service.
Funnay and her crew are awesome, sandwiches made perfect and took less than 5 mins, always love service with a smile, wish your company would hire more ppl like these guys, top notch, will be back ??

Order a sub platter for 12 noon, receive a call at11:53 notifying me that order was ready for pickup. Great customer service, the subs looked great and tasted even better. The subs were built with attention to detail and not just thrown together. Have always ordered from this location for the above reasons, great place.
It's a clean place full of nice people who work hard and deliver quality. I went a couple of days ago and despite being in a moderately large line, my sub was made quickly and exactly how I wanted it. It's exactly the experience I wanted when I walked in :)

I have found that since Covid started and especially since Covid ended many restaurants don’t believe in customer service anymore and it’s especially true for this place. Tiny portions and small amounts of toppings even though I asked for more I was ignored . $21.00 for a sub that didn’t even cost $3. Dollars to make. And the meat was so cheap that it looked like dog food. Never again!
