We were that last Thursday and as we were sitting eating our sandwiches, the worker came around sweeping the floor, e walked over to an empty table and swept it off with the broom.
Totally disgusting.

I was not impressed with the quality of the product.
My wife's sandwich, 6 inch tuna, was lacking the tuna. It had 2 small scoops of watery tuna, 2 small pieces of cheese and a lot of wilted lettuce. The sandwich looked nothing like the picture on the menu board. My sandwich, 12 inch steak and cheese, had very little meat, the cheese was sliced very thin and when toasted it just about disappeared. Again the lettuce was lots but didn't look very fresh, wilted and very finely chopped. I asked for the jalapeno chilies and he gave me 6 small slices, he was counting them as he put them on. Other places would just grab a handful and put on as many as would fit. We made them combos and the final price was close to $35. This seems very expensive for 2 poor quality sandwiches.
I have not been to a SUBWAY for a long time because my last couple experiences at other SUBWAYS, in other towns, with the ability of the staff to speak and understand English. My feelings towards the SUBWAY brand has not changed after my latest experience. The staff here was more skilled in the English language and the facility was fairly clean from what I could see up front. I feel like the quality and portion of the product has greater diminished over the last while. The pictures on the menu board should be updated to reflect what the customer is really going to receive, that would definitely affect the sales I am sure.
It will be a very long time before I go back to any SUBWAY because of my last couple experiences.

Rude staff
Ordered online and specially requested to fill the bowl properly and yet the bowl is not even filled halfway. Quantity at subway is getting terrible!

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Kashyap! The sandwich was super tasty and made just the way I like it. Kashyap was friendly, quick, and paid attention to the details. Definitely made my visit a good one—will be coming back again!
Be prepared for a long wait. Even during peak hours, there’s typically only one person at the front handling a line of customers. I arrived at 6:00 PM and ended up waiting nearly 26 minutes before being served.
Only location I’ll order from. My family and I visit monthly and they remember our order with modifications. Great service. Always with a smile. One of the best locations from Peterborough to Orillia.

I used to go here way back and get great subs, vegetables, meats and everything was always fresh. Now there’s a taller look to be an East Indian guy. I ordered a couple times online. Asked for extra pickles, olives etc and literally got 5-6 each. LIKE 5-6. I asked for extra watching them make it and they huffed and puffed. Now the tomatoes, cucumber and more are freezer burnt. Time to get food poisoning too. So, I tried once more ordered a few extras and again next to nothing on them. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP, there. Rude. WON’T GO BACK FOR THAT FACT AND EVEN MORE OR A FACT THAT ALL THE VEGETABLES ARE FREEZER BURNT AND YOU CAN GET REAL SUCK FROM THAT. Good riddance to this hole.

Probably the best subway I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and happy to see you, food is subway, so you know what you’re getting.

In past we had good experience so went there again but a staff named Ishita didn’t treated us well. We felt she was quite rude. We went half n hour before closing and she had already emptied the vegetable section. We ordered 1 foot long sub but charged for separate 6 inches sub. Even the sub she made was also not good.
Looking forward to better experience next time !
