There is something off with their sauces. They taste different, maybe a new manufacturer ? Sub are ok but I can’t get sauce anymore. They all taste differently than a year ago

I came in for a breakfast sub. I went to sit down, had a couple bites of my breakfast sub after a couple bites I went back to the counter and showed the lady that my bun was very stale and it was falling apart. I did not ask for it to be toasted… It was falling apart like it was toasted. It was that stale! She asked me if I would like a new one I said yes please! Little did I know she would just cut a new bun and hand it to me. She proceeded to hand me a fork to transfer all of my toppings to my new bun. I then went back to my table And ate all of my toppings with my fork. I did not transfer all of my toppings to my new fresh bun because it was very dry because all of my sauce was on my previous stale bun. 🤦🏼♀️

Went there ar 9:40pm and he said they are closed and will not make anything after 9 30 so maybe you should change you open and hours then. Very mad and will never go to this one on coldwater rd. Very disappointing and horrible service!!
Showed up at 9:35 and the employee was closing the doors and shook his head at me while trying ti exit my vehicle.

I got there just before closing but want the manager or owner to know Hashan is an awesome guy, made a wicked sandwich super fast, great customer service, and for being at such a young age he’s definitely an absolute asset to you, look after this guy please and Hashan you’re awesome brother ??
