I went to this Taco Bell because it’s the only one in Orillia (that I’m aware of). It was my first time. So first thing is I ordered literally two items and went through the drive through. The female at the drive through told me to pull up front and wait for my two items. I asked her how long it’ll be and she didn’t seem happy about having to answer that. She said two minutes. I pulled up front and started the timer on my phone. It took them 13 minutes to get me my two items and no sorry for waiting for anything. Second I asked for lots of hot sauce and I didn’t even get one. Following simple instructions should be BASIC at the very least to work in a fast food store. I’m sad to see this standard of service from this Taco Bell location.

Ordered combo1 (2 soft tacos, fries & drink) been ordering the same thing for many years at this location and others without issue. However today, I was asked if I wanted nacho fries, I said no just regular fries. She then explained that all the fries are now called nacho fries but it just means it comes with nacho dip on the side. I said no thank you for the nacho dip, just regular fries please.
What I received were fries coated in gross nacho seasoning, I went back up to the counter and was told again these are regular fries, and I explained I have ordered exact same combo many times and never had fries coated in nacho seasoning before.
She wouldn't refund my order or do anything, even though she assured me when I was ordering my combo that it came with regular fries. I ate my tacos and threw the gross fries in the garbage and left.

Ordered 2 of the 5 dollar Cheesey Melt she entered Grilled Cheesy Burrito ST @9.89 each, I thought the price was to high, paid and waited for the receipt (Which wasn't in the bag had to drive back around the drive thru again to get it). When I told her that she made a mistake she argued with me and told me that I must have order the wrong one, I told her that I wanted the correct one at right price, she informed me the I was wrong and she got somebody else and he began to tell that there 3 different burritos that have the same name. The level of the attitude was very off putting, and I will not be going back to this store again.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been thru and there was barely anyone there I literally ordered one crunch wrap.
Went through drive thru, had THREE different employees to finally finish our order! We got up there, paid, got our food and drove away. We were looking in our bags. They forgot TWO of our tacos and all of our fries were out of their containers and all over the bags. I am NOT happy with what this establishment has become!

Tried telling me that a party pack is 80$ and not 40$ and argued with me that is was 80$ and that I was wrong. I have ordered the party pack with droitos toco shells before at other locations and not had a problem before. It felt like they were being shady and get more money out of me. My advice, pick a different location.

The wait times are abhorrent, in the drive-thru they notoriously send you around to the front of the restaurant to wait 10-15 minutes for your food.
