Visited for the first time. Food was quite good. My only complaint if any were the drinks. They tasted a little weak especially for the cost. We will visit again but this time in the summer when it’s busy.

If we could give more stars, we would! We are from out of town and when we Googled restaurants to celebrate our anniversary at, many came up but not this one. It wasn't even bottom of the list. Unfortunately (or fortunately for us as we found out) we were celebrating on a Monday, and most places were closed. But we kept driving and found this unique looking spot that just piqued our curiosity.
I am so so glad we went in. The charm and details of this place.... I have no words. On a rainy day, it felt like we were in a tropical resort. The drinks were awesome - I highly recommend the Flaming Skull Island, and the food was crazy good. We shared the tequila city and street fries. Compliments to the chef, everything was outstanding and I can't wait to try other things on the menu.
To our surprise (and delight) it was Trivia Night hosted by Bigdumbface (i hope i have that right) and we had such fun! Couldn't imagine a better way to celebrate 13 years of marriage!

My family and I arrived for dinner only to find out their dinner menu was not available and we had to order from the lunch menu which was limited, the food was terrible my burger look like a hockey puck black and burnt and the fries were overcooked, my family were not impressed with their meals as well. The final straw was the expensive drinks I had six alcoholic cocktails and FELT NOTHING!! I swear those drinks were watered down or didn't have one drop of alcohol in them, What a rip-off one of the worst places I've been to in a long time, The only decent things was the service and atmosphere but it still doesn't justify the terrible food and drinks that were served.

Fabulous place that is uniquely decorated. We had an amazing hamburger (had the Luau Hamburger), and it was prepared perfectly and tasted even better! Our waitress was fantastic. We couldn't have been more pleased with our meal and drinks here!

We visited during the pirate festival long weekend. The food was good but it took a long time to get it. Our drinks (wrecked ship) took about half an hour to get and the food (fish and chips) another half hour. They seem to be short staffed and what they do have were slow. The staff were kind enough to help everyone get into the shelters before the rain started to down pour and even offered an umbrella to help people out. The entertainment was amazing but loud inside.

We were super excited to go to this place after reading the reviews. But, we were quite disappointed with food, service, drinks. The service was extremely slow, the food had no flavours. A Mexican restaurant - we asked for Salsa and received some kind of hot-sour sauce. Terrible experience and not worth the price and hype.

This place has alot of potential. I was excited to go, but the food was not the best. The food lacks flavour. I returned my mojitio when I tasted it and my husband also tried it had no taste. Plain disgusting. I got wine to replace my mojito. The waitress was wearing a dirty blue t-shirt which I'm sorry you are serving food to people you should not be that dirty. I heard the live shows are great, but we did not get to experience that when we went. I gave them 3 stars because I do see potential as the atmosphere is a caribbean vibe, and the decoration outside in the courtyard area is appealing.

Pretty place. Good atmosphere. Terrible service. 30 minutes for drinks. Hour before we got our appetizer and hour and half to get our meals. Meanwhile there’s 4 tables here and it’s dead. Maybe come for drinks not for food if in a tight time schedule.

This wasn't what we expected when planning our visit. Your online menu doesn't match your actual menu. You were short staffed, this caused the wait staff to be overwhelmed and food orders to be incorrect. I'm not sure if this is just a fluke, I'm not from Orillia so I haven't been before. But I probably will not be back.

Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating to specific food preparation if you have food preparation for people with dietary conditions..I have come to learn that not everyone can have what is served on the menu.. thanks for your service..
