Yesterday asked for Hockey Cards employer said I have but can't get them..ok NP..Today entitled 2 packs 2 coffees..told her about yesterday and asked can I buy another at 1.50..2 coffees 2 B&E on muffin as same order both days..She said NO and I don't know why she didn't give the packs, showed behind till location..well Lady I don't / didn'tknow why either..Unreal and Rude.Im partly why you're getting Renovations..whats up no more Napkins? And order area full of Trash on ground..ya a little annoyed...

Understaffed. One of the staff members always seems miserable. While the other is super friendly but seemingly overwhelmed with stuff they need to do. I feel bad for the employees. Even just 1 more staff member would alleviate alot of the work stress and provide better service. Having only 2 staff at nights and early mornings seems like the company no longer cares about service.

I placed a big food order on Sunday and the girl on food was so quick and made everything perfectly ?
Ordered a cafe mocha - it was light on the coffee and the mocha but lots of hot water ? obviously someone used a coffee pot that hadn't brewed completely and not a full packet of the mocha/chocolate . Very frustrating and also very common at this location
