I went to the Atherley Tim Hortons today because the road is closed around the Tim’s I normally go to. Big mistake. I give my order at the drive thru and the person on the other end is basically whispering, couldn’t hear them. Pull up to the window and pay, then see that they are giving me a coffee cup instead of an ice cap cup. I let them know I ordered an ice cap with the other coffee and quencher. She argues and said I ordered a French vanilla. She then says her ice cap machine is broken. So I just take the refund. I get home and open the Tim bits for the kids and see those are wrong too. This time hortons is the worst. I can go to the one by my house 100 times and never get a single wrong order. This one has issues every time. On the bright side this one visit reminded me never to go there and to just drive the long way to the other one

it was a horrible experience and there new manager CARMEN . she is so rude to employees as well to the customers. she doesn’t know how to talk .. she was arguing with a customer who was before me in the line. so we decided not to take anything from this store . they should have a better manager.. it was nice when christine used to be the manager..

Out of eggs before 9am, ridiculous, run to a grocery store and get stock. Also put a sign out so your not stuck in drive thru now. Bad operational management

Went to this location for brunch with a bunch of old friends and we were baffled by the disrespect of the manager Carmen. While we waiting in line we watched as she put down the staff, gave attitude and even argued with the people ahead of us. It made for a very sour and uncomfortable experience. So we decided to leave and go to the breakfast place down the road instead.

I ordered everything bagel toasted with butter and chipotle and they provide me with this doesnt even toasted not heated . Have to throw this in garbage not eatable
