Bright and well light, clean and easy to navigate. Lots of parking in the area which is nice, but the parking lot it self sucks. The Staff were kinda rude, we were in able to order what we wanted. I wouldnt recommend this location to others. My group had an bad time!

I only go to this Tim Hortons I love the staff and they always get my coffee good and my food I have never had an issue the staff are fantastic friendly people :) I refuse to go to any other Tim Hortons

Great workers and amazing manager fast service and always with a smile any mistake is fixed instantly and there are all around the best tim hortons in orillia if you live in town or just passing through traveling definitely stop at this tim hortons
