The service is always great with the women who work there, they always seem happy and eager to engage with customers.I would like to see a larger variety of items there like Ice Capps. The points machine doesn't work usually, unfortunately.

Consistent issues and should have learned earlier to go to another coffee shop by now! LATTE coffee machine hardly ever working - always broken. When it finally works they do not know how to make a large London Fog - one tea bag (should be 2) and once stone COLD. Last time I went their toaster wasn't working. Worst TH I've been to.

terrible customer service, drive thru computer wasn't working, kept customers in line 15 minutes and then were told cash only. All I wanted was a small coffee and they would not comp it. I will NEVER RETURN .. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Terrible service. For some reason they cant seem to read the order board to make a tea or coffee as ordered. How hard can it be or do the employees just dont care. Where's the supervision and quality assurance. Lacking!
