This has to be the best Tim Hortons in all of Canada, the staff are absolutely amazing and always full of smiles when I walk in. No matter how bad my day is, I do always look forward to stopping in for my morning coffee! 10/10 I would definitely recommend stopping in.

Unfortunately,, this outlet has went downhill in the last couple years. 4/5 food orders are cold, wrong or put together sloppy. It's obvious no one cares what goes out the window. Gave em one more chance today. Ordered triple toasted bagel, extra butter. Triple toasted because a double toasted comes out raw. They gave me a triple toasted, ok,,,,,, hardly any butter,, 1 slice of cheese on it. What? You have to actually try to get it this wrong. To the owner, please don't tell me to contact customer service to 'make it right'. Only you can do that
Normally great service but I ordered a farmers wrap and it was more of a flop. As soon as it was unwrapped it flopped open like this. New hires need work on folding wraps.

When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by a welcoming faces, everyone was extremely nice I got my drinks and food fast and of good quality I will definitely be coming back in the future to be ordering more.
