These Tim Hortons workers care about their job and they all deserve a raise. The Timbits are ALWAYS DELICIOUS and I’ve never had a bad experience. Your managers better treat the employees right because they’re doing something right.

Disgusting service provided on drive through. The order taker don’t even know to properly punch in the order and keeps charging extra money from everyone. She was supposed to be charge me for Vanilla iced coffee but she charged me for regular ice coffee and add vanilla syrup. Even had the audacity to say no to fix it. That specific lady was very rude, not only to me but to the co workers as well. Very poor service.

I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day and never really had a problem before. But today around 4 PM I ordered a large steeped tea and asked for it to be fresh. Instead of making it properly, it seemed like they just microwaved it or reheated it. It wasn’t even hot and definitely didn’t taste fresh. Really disappointing, especially since I’m a regular customer here.

So busy! They are understaffed, over worked, but at least the staff are culturally diverse which is getting rare to see. The employees are doing their absolute best anytime I have been here, but there are limitations to what they can do without support.
