“Every time it gets busy, orders sometimes get mixed up, especially with online orders. I like traditional donuts, double-double coffee, and all of the wraps—they’re delicious!”

Waited 20 mins in the drive through just to find out they didn't even have the Tim Bits we wanted (we asked for birthday cake, they only had Chocolate)

I am regular customer at this tim horton. There is guy with turban in overnights i think his name is Ammy. He is always providing great service and greet all customers with smile.I saw him many times he is very fast in everything.

By far worst place to be during the overnight shift I had the one worker argue with me for giving me the wrong item and it was remade but unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy it as there was cream instead of milk which I’m allergic to and I made sure to let them know but clearly they don’t care about people with allergies I’ve contacted head office as well as I noticed other things going on which the second worker was on a personal call while working I saw the air pod in his ear and both workers DO NOT WEAR BEARD NETS THATS A MAJOR VIOLATION so I’m also putting in a report with the health department I’ve been a loyal customer for years but guess I’ll be going to McDonald’s for now on as Tim HORTONS has lost my business for good but I suggest both employees get spoken to and these things change otherwise shut down

My wife ordered 2 large chili at this Tim Hortons, and they gave us 2 small chili. We didn't find out until she got home. Mind you, it was a 20-minute drive due to traffic. She wanted us to drive back and refund us 2 dollars. The manager is very rude. Even had a guts to tell us that we should bring back the food and so they can replace it for large. I explained to her that the reason is ridiculous as we will be spending more money on gas and time.

Walked in and stood at the front of the line (store was not busy) and waited three minutes before I was even acknowledged. The two staffers who were at the front had their backs to me while they played with the coffee urns.
Employee named “K” (young girl, dark hair, glasses) took my order. No “Sorry about that” or anything. Took my payment with no manners (are the words please or thank you in your vocabulary?).

Almost 10 minutes, wait at the drive thru just to receive the wrong order. Imagine my surprise when I'm driving to work, open my coffee to take a sip and don't even know what it is. Some kind of flavored hot beverage.
I don't know how my order of black coffee can get messed, all they had to do was pour it in a cup.

So this morning around 8am before class I decided to get a BLT on a bagel and I asked for no mayo and an iced coffee the women was very nice at the window but when I got to my lecture I looked at my bagel and without opening the package it clearly had Mayo. After my classes were over I decided to go back with my previous bagel and asked if they could remake it with NO MAYO…. It could’ve been me being overly trusting when they said no mayo but without checking it I drove home opened it and was covered in mayo. I would’ve taken it back again but I live 20 mins away I only go there for school but choose to try and salvage it by taking everything off and wiping it off but there was just to much on there to salvage it. Please just check the screen before you make someone’s food before you ruin someones morning and then afternoon.

So I came to get a large triple triple with double espresso and instead of just charging me for a double espresso shot in my coffee which is cheaper, she charged me for a double espresso shot on the side. When I got to the window, I asked her if she could punch it in properly bc I'm paying more the way she had it and she very arrogantly said that it's the same price when I know for a fact it is cheaper. I give enough money everyday to this franchise and then to have the person at the window, not even understand me or be even able to speak English! Just yet another huge disappointment from our "friendly" Tim Hortons.
Waited in line for almost 5 minutes as the first person to be served(no one behind me until a few minutes later only 1 other person added to line. Not busy in store. No acknowledgement or eye contact during this time from multiple people working(at least 3-4 employees from my recollection) My rewards app was scanned but I noticed it was not applied on my receipt. Am very upset as I like to have all my points from every purchase made. I asked the attendant (who messed up my order to begin with) to rectify the issue with my points and she said she could not. Will not be returning to this location with the rude, incomplete service. This mature aged employee was not courteous nor attentive with customers or to her job.

The young woman at the drive thru woman needs to be trained on customer service, or not work with customers at all! Came through the drive thru at 6:30 this evening, she did not say a single word, no greeting, no price. I understand people have bad days, but this is the 3rd time i've seen her and all three times have been the same horrible experience.
