Today, August 11 at 2:17pm. I went to buy something to the tim hortons and ordered a cookie for my son. I noticed that the cookie was placed in the same bag with the apple fritters. The cookie is cut into half. I asked the staff why the cookie is broken in pieces. The response I got. " there's nothing I could do about it ". This is sad and poor customer service. I paid for the food and I didn't ask for free, I felt Tim Hortons staff performance and services very poorly managed.

This location tells the customer that basic tim Hortons staples are not available at this location you want a red eye drink they don't do it...you want plain timbits they don't do that either.... Or a Boston cream donut pretty typical ? Nope they told me they do not have them at all at this location...strange
