Service here is starting to go downhill fast. The employee's barely talked to you or acknowledge you're even there. Too busy talking with other customers over the speaker box or to fellow employees. They had to remake my order twice, because they weren't listening to my simple instructions. It was just an iced coffee with no sugar, but twice, they put sugar in it lol simple stuff.

LittleMiss *!Firecracker!*

EXTREMELY disappointed with staff & management when I returned after realizing that even though paying cash at the window, upon scanning my QR to earn rewards, that it ALSO deducted funds off of my Tim Card Balance. I was advised to call App Support, who told me to return to store. Which I was very unhappy about but did go out of my way to return AGAIN... only to be advised to call App Support! Leaving this UNRESOLVED!!

I can’t help but wonder if the owner knows his employees are losing him money. After spending $50 there buying breakfast for my family on our roadtrip we asked for an extra cup of whipped cream for our dog. We Said we would happily pay extra for it and was told no? We explained again that we were willing to pay for it and just got pure attitude back and flat out refusing the purchase. If they’re not letting customers buy whipped cream what else are they holding back.

Your employees need a serious customer service training refresh. Absolutely terrible experience. Specifically the girl with the blue/green hair. Should not be working in customer service!

This is a great Tim Horton's location. Always quick through the drive-through, never a hard time. Understanding what you are ordering for the coffee and baked goods is always fresh. Food is always prepared well, I have never had a problem in the years that I have been coming here.
