They had me waiting at the front counter for 10 minutes while the guy at drive through just yelled at ”Tammy” he was yelling “there’s someone waiting” and it was ridiculous and horrible service. I don’t have that much time to wait so I walked out.

Ani. The supervisor was being incredibly rude to several customers and another employee. Apparently this is nothing new. Mabe you should rethink who you have as a supervisor. As for the service from the front counter employee keshev. Very polite. But it did take quite a while to be served which I understand it was busy and there was not enough employees. Food and drink was good.

At drive thru greeted like we are inconveniencing the staff. Then waited for what seems to be warm water, with incorrect cream/sugar. Quality control at this franchise is nonexistent at this point from my experience. Which is why reviewing each location is important.
Terribly unhigenic, the staff do not clean things up at all. You'll see your orders come out looking wrong in a way very unique this place. Avoid this one if possible.

Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter. Came untoasted and had globs of butter so got it replaced. Open up my second bagel to find it burnt and had so much butter it was dripping off my bagel.
