Today(April 6 2024)I went through the drive thru at 25 Colborne St E, Orillia, ON L3V 1T4 at 11:50am ish. There was a sign saying the debit machine wasn't working which was fine because I had cash on me. The person on the other side told me to wait a moment. After waiting 5 plus minutes, they told me the machines were down and that they have to close the drive thru and I will have to come inside. I told them I had cash but yet apparently they couldn't take it bc of the machines (which doesn't make sense to me because they could've gave the cash towards the walk in till so that me, and the three cars behind me could still get our orders in a timely fashion, but no). I tried to go inside but there was a line up out the door and wasn't ready to wait another 5-10 minutes as I was already late for work. I left very frustrated and displeased with the poor customer service that was executed during this time.

This place is amazing to go to. Some of the workers are very nice but some make mistakes on people's orders. Overall I do recommend this place for people that want breakfast, lunch, and even dinner!

Worst experience and i will never return to this store. Not worried about the customer. Employees are roaming around not taking orders . I am gonna tell my friends not to visit this store for sure.

I showed up asking to use my $3 coupon for a cookie and a coffee, with 20$ worth of other drinks. I told them I would take any cookie I could, unfortunately the manager and the employee took forever to figure out how to use the coupon, and when they figured it out, the manager refused to use the coupon because the cookie they wanted to give me was’t in stock, and they refused to give me another cookie. As someone who spends thousands of dollars at Timmy’s this type of service is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no reason they couldn’t make it work.

The manager is a little broken here. She moves to fast for her brain and hands out the wrong food while she's taking an order. Also, stop pouring hot coffee onto ice and calling that iced coffee. Thanks for giving me absolute garbage food this morning.

On Remembrance day November 11th, I saw a soldier in full uniform order a coffee from this location. He was charged for it. Didn't complain or say anything. Usually Tim Hortons on Nov 11th has on the house coffee for our veterans

This is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Every single time I go in I swear it gets slower. I had like 3 drink orders in front of me and still had a 35 minute wait, the drinks weren’t complex either.The staff has no sense of urgency. They are literally moving in slow motion. The place is always up in array.I was waiting for 30 minutes one time and another customer had to ask the employee if they forgot something for me which they did.They are noticeably annoyed when you order food as well.Overall I have never had a good experience.There is one employee who is faster and he typically works drive through but aside from him it’s dreadfully slow.

this tim hortans is the worst in orillia. they are absolutely super ignorant i asked the lady if she can please warm up my bacon.... the lady went and said it is what it is.... I said thank you but no thank you. I felt very outta place. you can tell they don't make the food with patients its all rushed. unfortunately I love tim hortans blt but the bacon has to be crispy.
