Tim’s Westmount Orillia. Late making this review. In October my daughter made a mobile order. Got to restaurant and they said they couldn’t fill 90% of order. This was in the afternoon and they are out of stuff??Would not refund they said had to go to website. I went on for her they told me she had to get refund at store. She has anxiety and is too scared to go back. She spent an entire $25 gift card and some off her bank account. She won’t even go back to this location. Mobile ordering is more trouble than worth. Now she is out all that money. I know I will never ever try mobile ordering.

Service was so good. Coffee was burnt and terrible and I had to throw it out which was awful since I was had just run down the road from the hospital to get it. How burnt you ask , so burnt that the nurses in emerge asked if anyone else smell anything burnt. I had to say sorry it was my coffee.
My husband stops here everyday after work for a coffee & a tea (because it’s so close). Everyday our order is consistently made wrong & I have to add my own ingredients from home in order to enjoy. If you want your order made correctly, don’t come here - take the time to drive to a better location.

Respectfully, I am giving this specific restauraunt a high star rating because of some of the employees. More specifically, the ones that work during the night shift like Jessica. Workers like Jessica are professional and extremely hardworking and are worthy of respect. I would recommend to purchase from this Tim Hortons because of the service by hard working employees.
