I ordered a dark roast coffee, but it was made with way too much milk, completely ruining the flavor. It didn’t taste like dark roast at all. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I expect better attention to detail, especially when it comes to something as simple as a coffee order. Very disappointed with the service.

Fabulous Tim Hortons, bathrooms were clean which is not always a common occurance in other locations sadly. They were out of oat milk but other than that, no complaints!

One of the best Tim Hortons in town! The staff are fast and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The store is always clean, the food and coffee are fresh, and the service is excellent. I’m especially impressed by Mahima. She is super quick, friendly, and always serves with a genuine smile. I come here often and every time she makes me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend!

Washrooms need some tlc...assorted timbits should include an assortment of timbits available...not just two kinds and when I order 20 I expect 20...which was not what I got. Every trip into Tim's is disappointing...sucks they have the best steeped tea

I was in the other day and by god worst thing I’ve done I came in to order as the drive thru was super busy no-one inside I’m standing there waiting while this young female employee kept looking and just not acknowledging that I was waiting so I spoke up asked if someone is going to take my order in a very polite tone but the Young woman scolded me and said in a very rude tone “OMG I’ll be with you in a bloody moment” that was a very unprofessional tone and attitude for no apparent reason whatsoever so I calmly said I’ll just go elsewhere and I did went further than I planned as I live in westridge I just went to westmount where I was welcomed now unfortunately I didn’t get the young lady’s name as no name tag was worn all I can remember is she had brownish red hair and looked like someone fresh out of possibly high school or college I can’t tell anymore but I’m hoping this gets fixed in the future as people like that shouldn’t be serving customers

This Tim is one of the best I’ve been to! The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. Service is always fast and incredibly. Definitely, recommend this for quick service.
