I visited this Tim Hortons in Orillia while travelling and was pleasantly surprised by how well‑run it is. Even though it was busy, the staff kept things moving and stayed upbeat. My order was accurate, the coffee was fresh, and the dining area was spotless. It made for a perfect pit stop on a long drive

When your customer is taking their order, your employees need to listen to what the customer has told them what to make. Today went to the drive-through and I ordered a large dark roast triple triple your employee screwed up my order twice I kept on making me the wrong size. I’m not trying to be rude, you guys should really pay attention on the people you hire especially the ones who do not understand English

Service was okay, bright and well light, clean and easy to navigate. Lots of parking and the area is nice. Staff were grumpy and overwhelmed, wouldn't recommend this place to others. Drive through was busy.

I ordered a dark roast coffee, but it was made with way too much milk, completely ruining the flavor. It didn’t taste like dark roast at all. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I expect better attention to detail, especially when it comes to something as simple as a coffee order. Very disappointed with the service.

Fabulous Tim Hortons, bathrooms were clean which is not always a common occurance in other locations sadly. They were out of oat milk but other than that, no complaints!

One of the best Tim Hortons in town! The staff are fast and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The store is always clean, the food and coffee are fresh, and the service is excellent. I’m especially impressed by Mahima. She is super quick, friendly, and always serves with a genuine smile. I come here often and every time she makes me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend!
