went into the drive thru stupid person told me to go to the front, which i dont know what that means but i had to go and wait forever to get my food

I got an early grey xl with cream and sugar. I went from the store to my work in the next plaza and it was barely warm. Not the first time this has happened.Not impressed.

I just don’t get how hard it is to take an order and make it right! Waited 20 mins for a soup and bagel just to receive a bagel not toasted and no butter tossed in a bag! So stupid

Case is almost always at least half empty. Staff seem like they hate being there. Food is mediocre at best. A dozen donuts the other day in the drive-thru only had two flavours. Not a great experience.

The food is always watering and tempting. The staff is lovely, smiling and friendly. The environment is cozy and clean. Plenty of parking available.

This place has gone down hill this past year. They are more concerned with being speedy than the quality of their food… on multiple occasions we have experienced this. The food is less than mediocre and usually missing items. Will take the time to drive to a different store location.

Today I ordered a bagel with double tosted with butter and jam but they give old one food and not do tosted and I put in the garbage.😢😢😢🙏Thank you.

This location is undoubtedly the fastest Tim's in town but, at what cost? I have visited Daily over the past 10 years and have personally witnessed the change from slowest to quickest. That said, quality and customer service has taken a serious back seat. This week alone I have recieved the wrong items not once, not twice but, three times. Not only has my orders been incorrect but the quality has disappeared. I have been recieving barely warm "TOASTED" bagels that taste like doughy sawdust with a not- so-spread blob of cream cheese on a not-properly-cut bagel. Beyond all this though, is that the general atmosphere is visible. Staff are rushing at an unsustainable pace to fill orders that they are lacking in quality of product as well as customer service. I would say, about 90% of my visits, I feel like staff are all but* throwing the coffee at me to rush me thru the drive through often times with an unsecured lid that spills scalding hot coffee on my hands. A better job needs to be done here but for now I'll be making coffee @ Home.

This Tim Hortons might be the biggest joke in town. Every time I order my breakfast before my shift, often 15-20 minutes before I’d even arrive since they are so slow, they will not even begin to prep up the guest arrives. It only began being like this in the last month but is repeatedly leaving me waiting for my order for 10-15 minutes when I’ve already ordered significantly ahead of time.
People order ahead due to needs of not being able to/wanting to stand in a line. I have been almost late for work on four occasions this month despite giving over 30 minutes of time between placing my order and the beginning of my shift. I should not have to give a coffee shop almost 40 minutes to make a bagel and a coffee. Lobby will be empty, 2-3 cars in the drive thru and nobody is preparing these mobile orders despite 5+ staff members working the floor.
They will know they are out of an ordered item for over 10 minutes while staring at you before anybody comes over to address you after pretending you are invisible.
Monarch Drive is rapidly becoming the worst Tim Hortons in town due to purely incompetence staff, and I will not be ordering here again. I suggest you do the same unless you enjoy wasting your time.
I’m not sure if these reviews are monitored in any way, but hope someone sees this and they get themselves together because the way they are running their franchise store is embarrassing.
