Ordered a tea buscuit. Didn't tell me until I got to the window that they didn't have it. The kid working was super nice. The Timbits however were supposed to be honey glazed. 2 were so stale they were almost hard. 2 were filled with something like liquid icing.. I threw them out.

Small but extremely busy all the time. Lots of staff on-hand who are very attentive and patient. Lots of product available at all times. Drive thru always had a long line but it moves at lighting speed as there are a crazy amount of staff available. Definitely one of the better operated franchises out there.

Holy....what a terrible experience this morning at the Monarch Drive location. My 17 year old son was driving and I was in the passenger seat. When we got to the window the woman gave him attitude as it took him a few seconds to get his debit card from his wallet. Then she muttered something under her breath about being cold. She handed him his items and didn't even give him time to put his items down safely and rudely snapped at him to get moving for the other cars....the other two cars behind us. This industry is based on customer service and this woman did not get that memo.

We went through the drive-through and they took about 10 minutes just to take our orders in another fives to get it ready. One of our coffees also was not done correctly.
This place is a disaster. Every time we have been to the location they always mess up the order or our coffee is cold. Avoid!

Will never return to this store again. The blonde manager at the dt is extremely rude and cold towards me. They rush and throw the food in your face and don’t even give you enough time to even put your wallet out. Asked for extra napkins and the girl was snotty towards me. All the staff looks miserable no wonder why when you have these managers supposed to be setting an example and they’re rude.
