I got handed an iced capp that was half empty, after I said something about it all she did was stir it and then gave me the same thing back, I said something again and got told “it’s filled to the line” like I haven’t been getting iced capps for years they are never this empty

I went to pick up , for a friend, I was behind 2 cars it took 13 minutes for me to get the coffee, it was too much , I think the lady at the window was tired 😫 she was in a mood from hell lol , I feel sorry for her over worked and under paid .
My friend said the coffee was ok

The staff here are doing the best they can even though you can tell they are short staffed. The food is good and made fresh to order and quickly. Love to see the friendly faces here.

No dine in so you’d think they would be good at other things but that isn’t the case. This tim’s literally never has cold brew. I’ve been here 4 different days at different times of day and I’m yet to have a cold brew, they should probably just take it off the menu at this point

Was violently screamed at by order taker. They ended up having nothing that we were trying to order. Once we had settled on something and order it took them ages to get the food out. The lady at the window was very polite but once we got home and opened the bag the container of ranch had been dumped in the bag all over our food and the sandwich we ordered was made wrong and it was cold same with the potato wedges.
