No dine in so you’d think they would be good at other things but that isn’t the case. This tim’s literally never has cold brew. I’ve been here 4 different days at different times of day and I’m yet to have a cold brew, they should probably just take it off the menu at this point

Was violently screamed at by order taker. They ended up having nothing that we were trying to order. Once we had settled on something and order it took them ages to get the food out. The lady at the window was very polite but once we got home and opened the bag the container of ranch had been dumped in the bag all over our food and the sandwich we ordered was made wrong and it was cold same with the potato wedges.

Yesterday went and got a farmers sandwich, they did not put the hash brown or chipotle sauce on it. Didn’t have time to go back. Today ordered 2 simply sausages on English muffins, and a farmers sandwich on a biscuit and asked while ordering “this is the sandwich with the hash brown and chipotle sauce” the girl rudely said “uh yes??” my sandwich did not have chipotle sauce or cheese. The farmers sandwich got messed up 2 days in a row even when I made sure to ask the correct toppings would be on it and the 2 simply sausages got put on biscuits.. giving up hope on Tim Hortons, they can’t ever make my coffee right why did I think they could make a breakfast sandwich right ?
