This morning I purchased 3 medium coffee I was charged $6.20 i reminded the yoing lady that at the north end timd n to.s was $3.84. I was not impressed

No matter how many times I ask for them to make sure my tea is hot it’s always cold, no matter how many times I ask for extra my food is always bone dry and barely has anything on it. Edit, everyday I get a bagel with butter, every days it’s bone dry so I ask for extra butter, everyday it’s still bone dry, I ask them to make sure there is extra butter, it’s still bone dry

The customer service experience at this facility has steadily dropped over the last 2 years specifically. The language bearier is of note, orders consistently not being place properly due to front counter employees having a difficult time understanding what is said to them. I have also had to question them as to why there was nobody at the food prep table while standing waiting for my order on my short break period from work while 5 employees are conversing with one another. Most common cause is the order did not go though or was missed. I have been stopping here on my work break 1-2 times a day for the past 4 years. I will be going to the Wendy's next door from now on.
