The customer service experience at this facility has steadily dropped over the last 2 years specifically. The language bearier is of note, orders consistently not being place properly due to front counter employees having a difficult time understanding what is said to them. Not adequately staffed to meet the morning rushes. Waiting in the drive thru can be about 10 mins. I ordered an XL OP 2M and got an XL coffee with 2M 🤦♀️ .. I don’t drink coffee and wasted a free reward on something I have to pour down the drain now.
The staff here are doing the best they can even though you can tell they are short staffed. The food is good and made fresh to order and quickly. Love to see the friendly faces here.
