I had to tell him the change is 3$ easy math if the coffee is 2.17 rounded up 2.20 change 3$ if the staff can’t handle that I don’t even want to know how much they are ripping people off or the store is loosing money.

Couldn’t believe when I pulled up to the speaker and order a London fog was responded with - so you are actually going to make me make this for you? Pardon - wow isn’t the whole point of having the drink on the menu is to make it when ordered? Then as he is handing me my order he answers the person waiting to place their order with - ok I guess I’ve made you wait long enough!
Absolutely the worst service I have EVER received - no hint of sarcasm no I’m just kidding! Tim Horton’s you are not what you use to be, service has gone down hill! Won’t be back to this one - Monarch Dr staff 💯 better and know how to treat their customers!

The customer experience that I encountered this morning was probably one of the worst I’ve had in a very long time from Tim Hortons. The wait was incredibly long, the staff was incredibly rude and I would never return to this location. I ended up leaving with not even purchasing anything.

Today, I stopped at this location to order a BLT combo meal at the 7.59 advertised on the giant board behind the counter. When I went to pay, the price was 8.59. I asked the employee who was assisting me, and was advised that it was due to tax. I then pressed, advising that the payment screen (right in front of me) shows the price as 8.59.I asked the employee to adjust the price to match the advertised price, and was told that she did not have the ability to do this. I then requested a manager, who also advised that she was unable to offer the product at the advertised price, nor would she adjust the price to match the price on the board.Full disclosure, I have noticed that other sandwich combos were also improperly priced at other locations over the past month. the signage is all set by corporate head office, as is the pricing. The fact that the store would not honour the advertised pricing after being made aware of the discrepancy, means that Tim Hortons is in breach of the Consumer Act.It's a dollar, which by itself isn't a big deal, but a company that large sells a lot of products, which adds up to a lot of products they are overcharging for. What's worse, is that I'm sure they know exactly what they're doing.I am disappointed.Edit: the location was on Colborne St. East, not West.

can't get a simple tea right large tea TWO bags ONE and A HALF milk (even tho its right on the screen), coffee is always old and always serves the expired coffee before the fresh one, was told today that 2 and a half milk is not a big difference then 1 and a half milk.
THEY ALSO SAID THEY WILL NO LONGER REPLACE MY TEA B.C ITS A EVERY OTHER DAY THING. this is NOT what tim hoetons stands for and you would never tell the owners or head office this.... would you?
