Absolutely no customer service at all. I can’t comment on the food because I never got the chance to try it. We came in at 10:20am waited at the counter for someone to take our order for over 10 minutes. We wanted breakfast. But by the time someone came to the cash to take our order breakfast was over, only lunch stuff available. Not happy, we won’t be back.

It was fry day at Wendy's when I seen that I have to get a freeze I was traveling and I had a large wonderful fry no salt. And that made Friday night a nice drive to my buddies house hours away. They gave me vinegar a bunch of them and I had one Friday at a time and I enjoyed they have great fries.

Food was over salted no toilet paper in bathrooms drink machine was disgusting and had no napkins or drink lids. And workers were more concerned with family and friends that were crowding the counter than actually giving someone a proper serving experience.

Dropped by for a quick bite, must admit I had underestimated the taste of these double patty, bacon hamburgers. If they need someone to represent them, count me in. Without a doubt, a fantastic burger.

I visited the Orillia location and went through the drive thru(late night). The manager that took my order was very friendly on the speaker snd answered my questions. Nuggets were a full wait, he offered me something else in case I didn't want to wait, very nice of him. I did wait for the nuggets, which I dont mind. His name was Noah. Great job Noah, keep up the great customer service.

I will say about the specific location, that is a little bit of a shame that the new owners got rid of the old fixtures and style. Does Wendy's was one of the few restaurants in town that still had its old 90s design language. It was charming and one of the reasons I would come here. I understand why they would do it, I'm just a little nostalgic about how it used to be. Now, as far as the food is concerned, you can't go wrong with a Baconator and a spicy chicken sandwich. Their fries are always excellent, and they offer enough non-conventional options like chili to cater to a bunch of different people. Also their salads are some of the best fast food salads you can get.

Very quick service. Food always hot. Love getting the sodas from here because they don't cheap out on the gas, like other fast food restaurants who's pop is flat compared to here.
I really enjoy going to Wendy’s with my family. The dining room is always so clean and organized. The service is good and the food of course. I really enjoy when the manager comes on the floor and asks us how we are doing or if we need anything. Keep up the good work!
