My last visit wasn't the greatest, so I posted about it. I decided to try one more time and was very satisfied, so only fair to post a positive review. My burger was warm, chicken strips were perfect, hot & crispy. Thanx for a great lunch break Wendy's.

I went through drive thru & was missing an item. I called to let them know and the lady on the phone was so kind and apologetic. Went above & beyond that we were satisfied and going to come back. Great staff and management. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I put the call on speaker for the kids to hear. They were impressed which is a huge compliment.

They were great! Food was fresh and tasty. Initially there was a misunderstanding on the order. We went back around through the drive through and the gentleman resolved the issue promptly and friendly.That's what I call great customer service!
