Just a reminder to all who get take out. Last night we ordered approx. $90 worth of food and didn't receive all of it. Don't forget to check your order before leaving the store. We live 30 mins away and didn't realize they didn't give us all we paid for until we were home. We will make sure to check next time.

Went to the restaurant recently I waited to be seated one staff saw me but turned her back to ignore me, finally got seated ordered a drink and the server brought me the wrong drink. I ordered wings I asked for I am Canadian received BBQ, asked for a refill, the server said sure got talking to another server, I went to the counter and paid my bill. I will not be returning to this location

July 23, 2023 @ 6:20 - decided to take our son for wings for his birthday. What a joke! No sign stating to wait to be seated so after standing at the door for a few minutes we seat ourselves in the first booth to the left of the entrance, next to a booth full of people and other tables with people eating their meal. Approximately 15 minutes of waiting, the waitress brings our neighbours their food but ignores us after looking directly at our table. She even comes back a second time to the people beside us and before we can get her attention she disappears in the back. In fact, we looked for the second waitress or the girl behind the bar - none are to be seen. After waiting another 15 minutes a couple walks in, takes a booth in our row but in the back and the waitress comes out and hands them menus. That was our breaking point, we walked out and will NEVER return. No wonder we witnessed a group leave while we pulled into the parking lot and go into the restaurant next door - obviously they too were tired of waiting. Called the restaurant to make the Manager aware, he did not care. Or perhaps he just didn’t understand. BEWARE, if you’re hungry and don’t like long waits STAY AWAY. Service is nonexistent and customer service via the manager doesn’t exist either. Next time we’ll drive to the Brechin location.

What a joke of a restaurant. Sat down for 30 min. Servers walked by served eveyone and left us hanging. Another couple walks in gets served and we get left out. Ended up walking out after half out of no service. Management is rude and doesn’t seem to care about the no service we received. Don’t waste your time there

Really good wings! Mmmmm. I ordered delivery and left a tip for the driver which he did not get and we both knew it because the end of the bill with tip on it had been sloppily ripped off. Next time I will tip in cash to driver directly. And the dessert was old and disgusting. Yuchhh!

I'm not sure why this restaurant is still handing out plastic straws in each drink and a new straw for each refill, and small plastic bowls??? Why don't they do their part in reducing plastic waste?

I haven't been to this wild wing in a long time because the last time I was there my experience not great, but my friend and I decided to give it one more try yesterday and WOW! Ally was our server and she really pulled out all the stops to make our experience a 10/10. She was kind, quick, funny and personable. I had quite a few questions about the menu and she answered them all with no problems at all. Thanks to Ally, I can say I will happily come back again.
Very disappointed with this location. This is the second time my mom’s order was wrong and this location doesn’t give 3 celery and 3 carrots per lb of wings. We ordered 2 lbs of wings and got 8 veggie sticks instead of 12 and they forgot to the onion rings in the order. This was a take out order and we weren’t going to drive 30 mins there and back. We will never order from there again. Rip off!!!! $44 for 16 chicken wings. No fries or onion rings. I’m mad.

Do not waste your money on this trash food. Poor service, the kitchen has a bunch of people in it that kept coming and going from a table. Serving themselves wings on all you can eat night. Seems like that locations management uses it as their personal restaurant for friends who get served first. We were told no more wings only boneless meanwhile all the wings were going to the friends of the kitchen guys table. Food was delivered slowly and wrong every time. There were 6 of us with messed up orders. The original wild Wings flavors and brand were much better than this new brand ownership mission. Such a disappointment.

Absolutely delicious wings! Wild Wings has quickly become my go-to spot for mouthwatering chicken wings. The variety of flavors is incredible, each one better than the last. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and the perfect place to satisfy any wing craving, i will be going back.
