I'm going to start off that our service was excellent from our waitress, she was great and my review does not reflect anything she did.
We were there Saturday night. I ordered the wimpys original. It came with 2 patties.. instead of a wimpys classic patty. Which ok fine. However both the patties I had were so overcooked they were hard. Inedible. Also there was hair in my wife's food which again it happens, immediately offered a replacement and took it to go. A day later went to eat the replacement and there were 3 hairs in it.... sounds like that was on purpose.. Will not be back ever!

Not only was the food mediocre. The service was terrible. We were not checked on and our waitress was blatantly, making fun of other customers in front of us and then as we were leaving making fun of us.
I do not recommend this Wimpys instead go to the one on university Avenue because they are the sweetest people ever and the service is always immaculate there.This Wimpys is rundown and the customer service is horrible

The meal was adequate, but the toast was just warm bread buttered. Told the waitress, she says customers complain all the time. If customers are complaining all the time then fix the issue. Good toast make the meal that much better.

I come for the Milkshakes but I stay for the service! We have 2 wimpys here in Orillia and both serve an excellent shake. Both have super personable wait staff and super quick service. Food isn't bad either...

Always our favourite breakfast place. Great service and food here! Memorial Ave Wimpys is the best one in town! The food is always consistently delicious! Diner is always clean and we’re always served in a timely manner. Not to mention the prices are fair and affordable!
