This store always had an excuse to not be open or not serve, « staff meeting, our drive through is closed, we don’t serve hamburgers anymore, we’re out of this,etc. »
I’ve never once been served at this location because every time I show up at this so called « 24hour restaurant », it’s either closed or giving out excuses to not serve.

The indoors of the restaurant is closed but the drive thu was open. It was 9pm when we got there. So the atmosphere was inside car. Food was good hot and fast. Glad there we open, we were starving and its one of the only.places where we can get a lettuce wrapped burgers no bun style.

Was not keen on their onion rings which I normally love! But for some reason they tasted off. Even my wife didn't like hers. The burgers are OK. Teen burgers. Meat was dry. Way too much lettuce. It's not a salad. No photo since I never finished them.

Ordered 1 chicken buddy burger , 1 mama burger , and 1 bottle of water.at drive through. Received onion rings and extra beef buddy burger. Cashier wanted me to pay and leave rather than straighten order , which we did . Food was terrible. Buns were stale . Never going back.

As an update, many years later, it would seem they don't want to make it any warmer inside, which is really unfortunate. Food and service is very good, but it is TOO COLD in there !
Management, please turn your AC DOWN so your customers don't freeze to death.

Disgusting breakfast. Cold eggs. “Toast” not cooked. 2 strips of shrivelled bacon. $20 doesn’t get you much at A&W. would have rather took my chances with a scratch off ticket and risk not eating at all than eat here again.
Do you know how hard it is to mess up eggs and bacon breakfast? Literally the easiest possible thing to make.
Should also note, at the time of visit, the “water pipes” were broken. I’d question how they are keeping their dishes clean after cooking? 🤨
This is by far the best fast food location in Orleans. Very personable service.

In any case the easiest would have been to tell us it take away only as soon as we entered, instead of waiting and ordering.

Ordered food on uber eats and instead of making the order they prioritize drive through … an hour later I canceled my order and went to pick it up and it wasn’t even started. I got charged by Uber for the cancelation since it was “already made” and got charged again at the store and after ALL OF the nonsense I had to deal with and 1.5 hours of my day wasted the burgers had bacon on them … like wtf is going on what kind of business is this

My wife and I went for a visit to simply have a cup of coffee. I actually prefer A&W's coffee over Tim Hortons. The person serving us was very friendly, and even though there still was some coffee left in the container, she chose to make a fresh batch for us even though we were no other customers in the restaurant. Little things like that make all the difference. Good customer service and very friendly staff.
