Smh almost 32$ for 3 large cappuccino blast, you guys didn’t even have the whip cream that belonged on it, so you put lots of cinnamon. :( definitely a cinnamon blast. I was not happy on top of that you don’t have carry out trays, the girl wrapped them up in a bag, needless to say it was a horrible experience, the staff was slow. That’s why low stars I’m not impressed. That’s a lot of money.

I have had poor service from this location in the past and I wrote about it. I had EXCELLENT service this weekend and this store deserves a great review.
I ordered a cake for a special event this weekend from a competitor and when I went to pick it up they had no record of my paid-for order. The substitute they offered did not remotely meet my needs. We stopped at Baskin Robbins in desperation.
Staff were friendly, helpful and SUPER accommodating. With incredibly short notice they prepared two lovely and tasty cakes. They helped make my event a success. Well done!

Came in to treat my nephew for ice cream on his birthday, was greeted with an annoyed employee because a big group came in. He wasn’t trying to hide his annoyance and kept rolling his eyes on the long line up of customers. Not impressed with the customer service.
Many reviews state being disappointed but I had an exceptional experience. We ordered a Batman cake for 6-8 people and the owner was on hand when I placed the order and completely supported my request. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling really Excited about the cake.Upon pick up, the cake was above and beyond what we had expected! He included a Batman figurine for my son and it was decorated to our order-perfection.I’m so grateful and truly feel likeOur experience at this Baskin location was our best yet. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and commitment to the results!

7:20 Saturday evening...doors locked. Staff came and told us they were closed 30 minutes for dinner !!! There were at least 2 staff....stagger people!!!! We're going to Chocolat Favoris instead.
