Came in with my dad hoping to catch up in a nice quaint spot. I’ve been here before, but maybe a year ago. Service has always been “ok”. The cashier yesterday afternoon was unable to answer which types of beers they had, and how much they were? Seems like there is a training opportunity here if you ask me. I ordered an iced latte and wasn’t given a straw, I had to ask? At least the latte was decent. The soup was okay. It was tomato basil, and kind of tasted just like hot pasta sauce? I wasn’t offered crackers which was weird? And then I guess you’re expected to put your own dishes away before you leave? Just trying to understand why a tip was asked for here when we’re expected to clean up, and examine the variety of drinks in the cooler ourselves, pick items off them menu board and not be served? Not sure I’ll be back again. Definitely not a place if you want go and have a heart to heart with someone. Music was blaring loud. Not a lot of places to sit and most spots were taken by people with laptops and no drink? Maybe this is on me for picking the wrong spot. Just an odd experience all in all. 😕

This is such a cozy cafe!! I was so surprised by all the menu options, and they do breakfast all day 🥹 ordered eggs benny and everything was cooked perfectly & delicious 😋

The brown sugar latte was good 👍 However, the breakfast poutine left much to be desired - potatoes were undercooked and cheese curds were not fresh. I’d come again for the coffee but pass on the food options.

I had the cheese burger mash today with a ginger bread latte. Loved them both.
Nice little spot for a breakfast sandwich and very decent coffee. Pleasant and quick service despite place being packed and overwhelmed staff. Potatoes left to be desired but otherwise great!

Clean, modern yet quaint. Not overly large, but still enjoyable to sit and eat. Club platter was great, very good fries. Medium roast was hearty yet not overly strong. Enough room to not feel crowded. Prices higher than fast food but to be expected in cafe of this category. Would recommend.

Lovely cafe. I stopped by as I was visiting from toronto and was so great that i’m leaving this review before heading out. I love the overall vibe & the coffee was amazing. Beats other mainstream spots by a long shot. I’m coming back next time i’m here.
