Disclaimer ( TO THE GROUP OF GUYS THAT ORDER JR BURGER WITH Algerian sauce and mayo). The owner started talking shit about you guys. Unprofessional owner does not how to treat their customers. Food quality at this franchise is the worst one in Ottawa, you’re better off going to the one on bank st. Don’t waste your time and money here.

It all started when I called the restaurant to order on the phone and come pick it up the owner answered me and I ask to order 4 burgers and when I asked for the price he miss understood me and told me the time it needs and I asked again to about the price and he told me why are you asking about the price I have customers here and I don’t have the time there is only one group that orders that order and he hang up, unprofessional way to treat your customers but I said it’s okay it might be a miss understanding I have to go to the restaurant to check it out and I went there and I spoke to the owner telling him what happened on the phone and he won’t apologized for the way he treated his customer and he left me in the middle of the conversation to tell his employee that he can’t deal with it I’m so disappointed at what happened!!

Ps. You can see in the picture how the burger was burnt and I can tell you that the meat was so dry to a point I felt I’m chewing a tire not meat!!

This place went from 5 star place to barely one start.

First time trying, felt like something different. Partner and I got some King Burger combos to go. Average wait time, nothing out of the ordinary, staff was friendly, one of them was a lot of fun.

We get home with the food, it's still hot, fries are good, and the burger was really the star of the show.

I can't believe we haven't tried this place before. The King Burger truly lived up to its name. We got ours spicy which is usually a gamble but here it was spicy in the sense that it has a little kick without knocking the wind out of you.

I wish I had taken a picture to share but unfortunately it was too delicious looking to resist, had to be eaten immediately.

I had a poutine. The sauce was lacking in taste to begin with and half the fries were dry. Perhaps other stuff is good but avoid the poutine.

Never order buy one get one. The chicken portion was very small, and the sandwich had no taste, full of onion and salad. Worst food I've ever tasted. Don't waste your money.

Recently my family ordered some food from this place, after receiving the order we opened the lids and found multiple hairs and found that some of the chicken was uncooked. It made me upset because my family and peers have given this establishment a lot of business over the past 6 years. I later called the store and a gentleman who I believe was the owner had no remorse [ AMEER ] and said no refunds or remakes. The respect for honest and loyal customers has been lost. It’s sad to say that we will no longer be supporting this establishment.

Please hold the plastic I didn’t want to post a review but i swallowed a smaller peace of plastic and that pissed me off

If you order on uber eats DONT if you get the buy one get one free DOOOOOONT one of the 2 will have little to no meat in it

The food at the restaurant was below average, and the service left much to be desired. Additionally, the atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning; it was quite hot for dining in. Overall, these aspects detracted from the experience.

2 cheese steak sandwiches and chicken curry putin were really tasty, size is not very large but enough for 1 person. I haven't tried anything else yet but plan to do that. Recommend this place.
