My wife and I visited this restaurant and chose to sit at a table for three instead of two, even though 90% of the space was empty. A waitress approached us and objected in a very rude manner. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, he listened but showed no remorse and even suggested we should not return. While the food quality was just okay (4/10), the service was terrible. Unless you’re willing to deal with extremely rude staff, I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their respect and dignity.

Had the pleasure of coming here for the first time today and all I can say is how absolutely delightful the experience was! Sumptuous food and beverages and a lively European feel environment.
A cute little spot, super busy and people had to wait to find a seat.
The matcha latte was pretty good, will definitely be back to try their food.

Very low service and unfriendly staff, when we walked in there was no one helping us to find a table and we had to wait in line to talk to someone to see if they have a table or if there is a wait time, which is such an inconvenient way to serve customers. Also, the staff were not helpful with the menu and were rushing us to order and the food came very late. The food portion was small compared to the price and the sandwiches came with no side, they never brought utensiles so we had to get up and ask for forks. Their fresh lemonade was watery and had no taste and was not even fresh. They have a no laptop policy which I find very unreasonable specially during weekdays that they allow only 1-1:30 hour of sitting while a lot of people go to cafes to get food and also work or study while they’re there. Overall, very pricey for the food you get; and very poor service with staff showing not so much care. Not recommended

Horrible customer experience. I have been kicked out by the owner for using my laptop because of a "no laptop" policy during weekends while all other customers were using their phones and iPad. You can set a time per seating/purchase but you can't refrain a customer from using their devices as long as they are consuming. Owner has no sense of customer service and no professionalism. Do not recommend.

I set on Saturday to work on my laptop and have a drink. They waitress came to me 5min later saying laptops are not allowed on weekends. I checked around me half of the room were on their devices (phone and pads). So asked the manager is all devices not allowed or just laptops, he said all devices. So told him ok so what about everybody else in the room, he raised his shoulder like I don't care. So I had to leave and that's it. 1) if you have a policy display it clearly on your door. 2) A policy should be applicable to all customers equally otherwise it's called discrimination. I used to love this place but It seems that these guys are victim of their success.

Second time coming to this cafe and I have to say, coming from Europe and having tried so many, this is hands down the best cafe EVER. I’m not exaggerating. The food is delicious (I am vegan). The carrot cake is what made me come back - it is to DIE for. The coffees are absolutely amazing, could put Starbucks out of business. And I just tried their avocado toast, BEYOND worth it. The vibes are immaculate and the waiters are lovely. Definitely will keep coming back!! I’m officially a fan!
