Service is exceptionally slow here and the 2 workers didn’t look happy to be here at all. Waited in line for 5 minutes before even being acknowledge and I was already at the register. For $10 smoothies you’d at least expect good service.

The smoothies are delicious but I just had the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at this location. For context, I’m dairy free and am allergic to apples.I politely asked to change up the mixed berry smoothie to remove the yogurt/cranberries and add oat milk. I also wanted to add a banana. Many fruit juices can be blended with apples which is why I opted out of the cranberry. I asked if the soy protein was dairy-free and the employee pointed to the board to read out what it said under soy protein and that she didn’t know if it was vegan. I received a smoothie with cranberry juice and no banana.I also had to repeat myself a few times - I really don’t mind doing this but by saying “what” or “huh” other than excuse me, it just comes off as rude. I understand it can be frustrating dealing with special requests, but as a health-conscious establishment, you should be considerate of the specific dietary needs of others - especially if they’re willing to pay for add-ins like protein! I would normally have gone back to ask for a new smoothie but really didn’t want to deal with more attitude from the staff member.

Very disappointed. I always order the same thing a regular Funky Monkey. This time the funky monkey had a berry taste to it almost like the wrong ingredient was added and then everything else was put in to try and cover it up. It was undrinkable.
This is by far the best location to get booster juice. Their mixes are always on point and Malik is an outstanding employee and manager. I made the mistake of going to another location once, and regretted it instantly. Will never go anywhere but here. They go over and beyond to make sure you're happy and satisfied!
