I want to say. What a great idea of this store. "Try before you buy". I met 2 employees there young Asian girl and More recently a young Red hair woman. Sorry to say but they are complete opposite. The young girl. Is sweet talk too much about her private life and entertaining enough.The Red hair woman is very mindful!And really knows her products. She made me feel like I knew her for years. Help me make a great selection of coffee for a party I was having. And honest. She says she doesn't drink coffee at first I thought to myself why is she here if she don't drink coffee. But after explaining the store and how she help customers. I was impressed. The coffee was a Hugh hit at the party.I hope to continue see her there she is an asset to your store. Her customer service skills are very impressive. Nice to feel like a person and not a number. I fully recommend this store for their customer service and great variety of products

Ive read a few reviews about a dangerous van driver and i completely agree. Tonight on my way home on John Quinn the van came out of no where and tail gated me before passing me on a hill with a solid line. The driver then went well over 100 kph and took off drivimg in the middle of the road; more into the oncoming lane than ours if im honest.And seeing as how i am not the first to say this i doubt they care or will change anything. Terrible.

We were walking by and decided to check this place out and we’re pleasantly surprised by such a large selection of k-cups (coffee, tea and hot chocolate). I love that you can get individual cups to try before you get a box, so clever!! Reasonably priced.Kim was a huge help and super knowledgeable on coffee and products. Will be back!

I think her name was Ella but I could be wrong. She speaks many languages and loves to practice them when she can. Overall, she is just the best human and I will keep coming back just for the chance to interact with her again.

This is a great little shop if you love coffee. The woman working there this morning was absolutely lovely! It was easy to find what I needed. This place has everything you could possibly want or need to make coffee or tea, even if you want fancy drinks like a latte. Great selection of syrups and sugar-free syrups as well.

I attempted to have a friendly conversation with the owner to remind him of road safety after dangerously tailgating and the next car and endangering mine and my two year old son’s life but sadly I was rudely welcomed and given the finger. Sadly I can’t recommend a place with such poor attitude.

Every time I stop by the store in Orleans, I get the friendliest service. This time, a lovely young woman spoke to me in French, which I’m sure is her 2nd or 3rd language. Driver of the van was driving dangerously on the highway. They were brake checking other drivers and almost cutting off other drivers. Also were not using their turn signal properly. Maybe they drank too much coffee and had the runs.

Store selling coffee and tea. I stopped by here out of curiosity and was pleased that their selection of loose leaf tea is decent. I got the chamomile and strawberry flavors, both of which were packed by the employee. They also sell pop if you're into that.

I came in this store to purchase some Nespresso pods and the price did not match what they advertised on their website. Their website states 5 boxes of 10 pods for a total of 50 cups for $14.99. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was rediculous and they would never say that. I'm not one to make a scene so I remained respectful and left. I can understand a mistake on the website, an employee being misinformed or me simply not understanding but to call me ridiculous and then not verify when I'm showing the an employee their own website is just unprofessional. It looks like the store has a good variety of great products; the service is why I will not be returning here.
