Broadway Bar & Grill Orleans

We booked the private room for a party of 30 people and we were amazed by this place! The waiters were friendly & attentive and addressed everyone by name as they ordered. The staff was amazing, food was great and we had a blast partying!! I highly reccomend this place!! I have never had service this good for large outings!! We will be back!!

Soggiest $25 breakfast I’ve ever had. Really disappointing. Only complaint on service is they still had me pay for the poutine upgrade when the server and I both agreed it was soggy & I barely touched it. Love this place but this was really disappointing.

When you're invited to brunch, but there is not a single plant based meal (vegan) on the breakfast menu. It's 2024, get with the program.

Food is pretty good, the drinks are great. Why in the world is a bar closed so damn early? 10pm? 7pm on Sunday? That doesn't leave much room for people to go after work and enjoy a couple of drinks and some food.

Very displeased with the servers and how they treated my family today. The manager tried to help us get a table and the servers rudely dismissed her. They told us 25 minutes for a table, then a few minutes to get our table ready. Then 45 minutes later said we actually don’t have a table. We inquired what had happened and they treated us like we were dumb, saying we told you it would be a 25 minute waited. We waited almost an hour total and left. I am so disappointed and will not go back to this location.

Chris was an amazing server (and bartender and host!) on an unexpectedly busy Monday night. Really appreciated his attention to us and the speed at which he tended to every task at hand. Food was perfect and we enjoyed our $10 boneless wings!!

I have gone many places for taco salad. What I was served was a disaster of a taco salad. Just a plain house salad dumped into a taco shell. Taco salad has refried beans at the bottom of the shell, green peppers in the salad, taco seasoning taste through out. I had to ask for salsa, sour cream. I have gone to non Mexican restaurants in the past and requested taco salads and they were well made. I will not be going back, it was very deceitful to call what I was given a taco salad. Real shame cause this used to be my favorite go to.

Food was great. Ordered over Uber and when my boyfriend arrived they did not have it ready and couldn’t find the order. Definitely need to get a better system going if they want to do Uber.

We booked the party room for my dad’s surprise 80th birthday and the room and service was excellent!! Great private room that can hold up to 40. Servers were highly attentive, helpful and friendly. We ordered appetizers for the group and some ordered dinner. Everything was fabulous! Highly recommend.
