Horrible food ..!!!! Stale bread on the whoppers are common in all burger kings in Ottawa. Overpriced and the food is trash. It used to be good many years ago but its no longer a place that you wanna eat.

Staff seem nice but found a reddish/brown beard hair in my spicy chicken sandwich. Also found a chocolate thumb print on the side of my drink container. Lost my appetite. Not recommended. Will not be back.

Whoppers were very cold and the meat literally has no flavour. I remember them having that distinct,delicious flame broiled flavor but the last couple of times I've visited the meat is cold,grey and bland. Tonight was my last ever visit sadly.

Sudhansu was absolutely amazing and genuine guy. Communication was straight forward and we got our order in 5 mins!!

I have been here a few times and the service here is not good. Never anyone at the front to serve you. Only way to get service is to use the drive through. Maybe they should think about self serve machines like they have at McDonald’s if they aren’t going to have any one to take your order. Order accuracy isn’t good either. They’ve twice put a sausage in my croissanwich even though I’ve asked for no meat and I’ve heard them repeat that back to me though the speaker.

Went there Oct 18th around 11.30 pm. Someone greeted me on drive through and it went silent after that. Waited for 5 minutes and then did couple of hellos to no avail. Circled back around thinking of glitch, a truck was in front of me and similar thing happened to them as well. Please instruct people if you are not accepting orders but don't make fool out of the people. Horrible employees with zero work ethic. Store was open until midnight as it was a Friday.

Food is not warm. Food is gone down dramatically and this person I'll show below started at me eating my good and I stared back and she didn't care or seemed to be bothered and kept on looking g at me eat my food and was laughing.
She looks like age runs the place and seriously in need of a management course as staring and laughing st someone in the restaurant is unprofessional and uncalled for not close to be necessary.
After other co-workers came to her they went in the back and she in the photo was coughing in the kitchen and none of them was wearing a hair net 😐
Maybe they need a visit by the Public Health Inspectors (PHIs)
Hope she gets talked to.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. I ordered a poutine for $6.99, and what I received was nowhere near what I expected. The carton was barely filled, with maybe 10 pieces of fries covered in gravy and cheese, as if they were trying to hide the fact that there was hardly anything in there. For the price, this is just wrong. You should be embarrassed to serve something like this to customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your portions because this is unacceptable.

Quality seems to have taken a turn in recent years (maybe new ownership?), definitely a lower level of care now when it comes to the preparation of the food (take a look at the pics on this and other reviews). Also getting barked at through the drive through speaker before your car is even stopped is a great welcome.... Too bad it's the only BK in the area.
