I’ve visited Cafe Amore twice before, but they always ran out of tiramisu. This time, my husband and I came earlier in the day and finally got to try it along with their lattes — and oh my goodness, it was incredible! Hands down the best tiramisu I’ve had in Ottawa. It was so good I had to buy another one to take home.

I’ve also tried their cannolis before, and they’re amazing too. Everything we’ve had has been top-notch. This place is a solid 10/10...

I usually overlook spots in strip malls, but this place on St. Joseph is a total hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior—it’s genuinely cozy and has a proper European vibe that feels miles away from the busy road outside. I ordered the Pollo panini for lunch, and it was honestly delicious; the bread was perfectly toasted and they didn't skimp on the fillings. Delicious coffee, tea and speciality drinks. Very tasty savoury food options with high quality ingredients. The sweets are to die for, the key lime pie and the cannoli are super fresh and perfect. 10/10 will return again!
