Cafe Latte Cino is always my go-to place for catering, gift baskets and take-out food. Food is out-of-this-world delicious, lots of unique flavors and variety. Their servings are generous and they always added a little extra for my catering requests. Gift baskets are beautifully done and great options for daycares, schools and occassions. Highly recommend this place and Susan has a beautiful soul.

Cafe latte Cino is my favourite cafe in the East End. They make the best cappuccino in town and always have a great selection of food to satisfy anyone’s craving. I LOVE the breakfast sandwich annd recently the bagel annd lox has been an favourite. I often take pastries to go -churros donuts, apple turnovers and the cinnamon buns . I also buy the best macarons there and these are always fresh and delicious. The baklava is the best! I have used their catering services and have never been disappointed. Great selection. High quality tasty food, friendly service and a comfortable ,inviting atmosphere. This is why I have been a regular at Cafe Latte Cino for over 10 years

Update: No, you didn't do anything to remedy the situation. I asked for a refund right away and your male employee tells me that the hair was only in the bowl of soup and not in the entire pot, as if it makes the situation better.
You offered no apology and no other customer service. I only post negative reviews if the situation warrants it and yours definitely does.

I’ve been a regular customer at Café Latte Cino, often coming here with my laptop to do some work, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Despite being advertised as a "café," the owner rudely informed me of a one-hour limit with my laptop, claiming it’s a "restaurant" and "it defeats the purpose" if I am sitting there. This policy isn’t posted anywhere and it is the first time I have been informed the past 3 months I have been coming here, which feels misleading and targeted. I also asked for a cup of water at the till and she rudely told me that I can ‘help myself’ and ‘grab it’ from the other side.
While the general staff are kind, the owner and the man at the counter have been consistently rude on my last few visits, making me feel unwelcome. Their focus on profit over customer service is clear and they have no respect for customers. I no longer recommend this place for its lack of honesty and poor treatment of regulars.

My husband and I decided to try the hot chocolate here today and I must say it was really underwhelming and disappointing as it really lacked in chocolate flavor, tasted more like milk and coconut milk with a bit of flavor, won't be returning!

Came here with a friend and got a few desserts and drinks. At first I was unsure of how the food would be but I can assure you it was beyond amazing. The cakes were fresh and delicious, some of the best i’ve ever had. The white hot chocolate was spot on as well. Customer service was really good and the outdoor seating is also very nice. Highly recommend.
