Great Coffee, Tasty Bites – Just Needs a Little Tidying Up
This coffee shop offers a solid variety of both hot and cold drinks—everything from espresso classics to teas and iced options. We had the cappuccino, iced chai latte, and a croissant—all delicious and clearly made with care.
The pastry case was full of tempting options, and the sandwiches looked just as appetizing. Definitely a spot we’d come back to for both drinks and light bites.
The only drawback was the clutter—some storage items were left out in the open, which took away from the cozy café atmosphere. A little tidying up or organizing would really help the space feel more inviting.
All in all, great drinks, tasty food, and a spot worth visiting—just hoping for a bit more polish in the ambiance next time.

What a great coffee, tea, smoothie, gelato, food, dessert, etc., ect. cafe! I ordered a toasted ice latte and broccoli salad to go (taken home to share with the family). They also have ample seating and an outdoor patio.
The latte is awesome! Definitely 5 stars. I'll be back and recommend everyone in the Ottawa/Rockland area visit.

Amazing place for breakfast. I went their with my dad for a morning coffee and breakfast. It's cozy. Staff/servers sre great. The egg sandwich was yummy. Hygiene is good. Highly recommended.

My two sisters and niece had afternoon tea at this Cafe. I have never been to one and I was a bit skeptical, however, it was the best experience ever. We each wore a fascinator and dressed up for the occasion. Susan (owner) prepared two three-tiered stands with dainty sandwiches, scones, and a selection of pastries and fruit. We also had a large selection of tea to choose from. The combination of delicious food, pleasant ambiance and welcoming staff (a special shout out to Zoey) made it a wonderful experience for all of us. Besides afternoon tea they have a huge menu selection at reasonable prices. We are already talking about our next afternoon tea there. I highly recommend this Cafe you will not be disappointed!

Honestly the best latte I've had in a long time wasn't expecting it to be quality was a bit expensive for the portion size but I'd return just because how well it was made and friendly the staff was.

Cafe Latte Cino is always my go-to place for catering, gift baskets and take-out food. Food is out-of-this-world delicious, lots of unique flavors and variety. Their servings are generous and they always added a little extra for my catering requests. Gift baskets are beautifully done and great options for daycares, schools and occassions. Highly recommend this place and Susan has a beautiful soul.
A beautiful sunny cafe, with an abundance of atmosphere. The food is terrific, freshly made and delivered with a smile. I'm a fan of a Cafe au Lait and their delicious salads. For special occasions I order their Sticky Toffee Pudding, it is a game changer. Visit today and often, worth every minute.

Cafe latte Cino is my favourite cafe in the East End. They make the best cappuccino in town and always have a great selection of food to satisfy anyone’s craving. I LOVE the breakfast sandwich annd recently the bagel annd lox has been an favourite. I often take pastries to go -churros donuts, apple turnovers and the cinnamon buns . I also buy the best macarons there and these are always fresh and delicious. The baklava is the best! I have used their catering services and have never been disappointed. Great selection. High quality tasty food, friendly service and a comfortable ,inviting atmosphere. This is why I have been a regular at Cafe Latte Cino for over 10 years

Hair in the soup. Cramped space and overhyped.
Update: No, you didn't do anything to remedy the situation. I asked for a refund right away and your male employee tells me that the hair was only in the bowl of soup and not in the entire pot, as if it makes the situation better.
You offered no apology and no other customer service. I only post negative reviews if the situation warrants it and yours definitely does.

I found a nail (toe or finger??) in my food. I told the owner and they said I planted it there!!
I guess being kind is just a word they use in the front, but not the real thing. 😣😕
