Food was less than average, woman at the counter was rude, the portions are small compared to many other Chinese take outs. Didn't get the egg rolls i paid for. Never going back there again.

The old guy at the counter was rude going on and on how the debit card people are thieves. I got an order of whole sale egg rolls and he got pissed that I didn’t have cash and he proceeded to charge me for using the debit machine and charged me another fee for my actual order what a dick. I told him it’s the price of doing business and he went on and on about how they are thieves. How can they be thieves if we are paying for the use of the machine. The food was the worst Chinese food I have had in a long time. They are just pissed that there is a paper trail. Never going back.

Was working besides charlie chan’s today. Charlie chan came out and came to talk to me was very nice. I ordered General tso chicken and it was so good. Every thing is freshly made and tasted so good. When i got my plate it was still sizzling. Would 100% recommend.

Got 25 egg rolls, hardly nothing inside the egg roll maybe and only maybe half full. I just moved to Orleans and first time going and last time.

Met Mr Charlie Chan today, what a wonderful human being who shoots it straight to the point . He wasn’t kidding when he said his egg rolls were better than Golden Palace. I mean they’re pretty near the same in quality but the price is so much better here, 12 for $16 take away or 12 for $25 ready to eat. Their advertised $5 Chicken Fried Rice is tooo nice, great hearty portion with onions, carrots, celery, chicken & egg! Well done, this is why you are famous and have been around for decades. Your food speaks for itself. Will forever be returning here for Chinese food in the city. I also was given a nice Chinese calendar and a normal calendar to take home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lady at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE. You should learn how to treat people. Also they have a sign that says 1$ and was told it would be 2$. Riping off customers isn't a good look. Avoid at all cost they have No Respect for the community that they serve. Never

Food is consistently great. We always have Wonton Soup and Egg Rolls. The Spicy Beef and Sweet and Sour Pork were nicely spiced, not too peppery. The Shrimp Fried Rice had an abundance of shrimp

We ordered our first meal from Charlie Chan in years. It was a complete disappointment. The food had no flavour, especially the northern spicy dish, it had NO spice to it at all. Everything seemed overcooked, or pre cooked and reheated. We won’t try there again.
