The food is very good. Big portions. That being said there's a couple negatives to this place. The prices are pretty high and it's a hit or miss if they will actually be open. They don't keep to their operating hours and are closed a lot. Once I went 4 times in a week period and they were closed all 4 times. Too unreliable. Very frustrating wasting your time driving there only to have to figure out something else. It's too bad because the food is good. Back to Fritomania.

Very good chip truck food with very welcoming friendliness. I had the chicken burger and poutine. The chicken was a giant piece of real deep fried chicken...a lot of meat! The poutine gravy was top notch, real cheese curds and usual chip truck style fry. I like fries a bit thinner, but overall everything was delicious.

I ordered a poutine and a burger and here are my thoughts.Poutine: as a French Canadian, I’m picky on my poutines. WOW. The sauce is amazing. The ratios are perfect. I finish my fries and had left over curds. The potatoes had an amazing flavour and cooked perfectly as well.Hamburger: so messy, just the way I like it. Everything was fresh. All the condiments were well proportioned. I like a lot of sauces and I wasn’t overwhelmed with them. The taste of the burger still came out!The staff was so inviting! You must try this place. I haven’t been this excited about a chip truck since my teenage years in my small town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Auston's enthusiasm when he talks about his food is contagious. There was a lineup that tells you it is good, but they hd orders hopping out the window. It was worth the wait, let me tell you. The food looks amazing and tastes even better. My new go-to place. The fish and chip special on Fridays goes above and beyond expectations. Hand beer battered fish fried to perfection. Crispy on the outside hot and moist and flakey on the inside. Chips were hot, crispy on the outside, and buttery and soft on the inside. The onion rings were perfectly cooked as well. Can't wait to try other items on the menu.
