The variety of bread, scones and pastries make the trip there meaningful. The staff are friendly and helpful and answer all my queries and clear our doubts. There are vegetarian ( without eggs) and vegan pastries available.

I give 5 stars for their customer service orientation. I ordered one bread for next day and when I got there it was not ready due to their own mistake. They offered to pick up two free breads the next day. I found that they recognized their mistake and their took a compensatory action, which you really don't see everyday and everywhere. I think they deserved 5 *
I recently visited Cobbs Bread in Orleans and, while the bread and Cinnabons were delightful, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. The layout of the service area is small and confusing, with no clear signage to indicate where to order or pay. This led to an awkward situation where I was bypassed by another group of customers, despite thinking I was in the correct line. A more intuitive system or clearer communication would greatly improve the experience. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity left me feeling dissatisfied with the service.

I wanted to love this place because it’s local and I had tried one of their delicious pastries before. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed and frustrated when they sold my pre-order to a walk in. We placed an order 5 days ahead of when we needed to pick up and even confirmed our pick up time with them. About 30mins before our pick up time, they called to let me know they had sold out. When I reminded them that I had placed the order earlier in the week and asked them what the point of ordering ahead of time was, they apologized and repeated that they sold out. Sorry but this is terrible customer service and I can’t trust that this wouldn’t happen again so I won’t be returning.

Awesome bakery! When I lived in Alberta I bought all my bread there. I was so pleased to see them here in Ottawa. The scones are to die for! And the pizza shells are so delicious and handy.
