I recently visited Cobbs Bread in Orleans and, while the bread and Cinnabons were delightful, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. The layout of the service area is small and confusing, with no clear signage to indicate where to order or pay. This led to an awkward situation where I was bypassed by another group of customers, despite thinking I was in the correct line. A more intuitive system or clearer communication would greatly improve the experience....

Awesome bakery! When I lived in Alberta I bought all my bread there. I was so pleased to see them here in Ottawa. The scones are to die for! And the pizza shells are so delicious and handy.
