I convinced my family we should try DQ for some burgers and fries, instead of McDonalds. Boy was i disappointed especially given the cost was as high as other fast food places. The burgers were very sloppy, the bacon undercooked and the meat looked and tasted awful. I should have known better than to eat burgers at DQ but the commercials are misleading and all the coupons we get are useless. Stick to the cool treats not the hot eats when you visit this location. On a positive note the restaurant was clean and service from the staff was good.

Indoor and outdoor seating. They have hot foods, cold desserts, ice cream cakes, and slushies. The wait time is not bad. No ketchup dispenser, must ask behind the counter. No forks. I hate the wooden sporks. I can't stab my poutine with it.

I went to this location with my daughter very recently. And while eating in the dinning area 1 hour before closing after the manager left for the night, I can hear the female employees talking and laughing loud enough while looking at resumes that people have dropped off. 1 girl said that she would bring some resumes home and throw them in the garbage just because she didn't want to work with them. The girls seemed to have known quite a few people based on looking at the names on the resumes. The conversation was probably not one to be had while still having customers in the store before closing.
My food was given to me nice and hot. No issues there. But it was the topic of conversation and the loud laughter that the girls were having that made me want to write a review. All in all, I usually have pretty great service when going there with my family.
