I ordered from this location and was honestly embarrassed by the lack of steak. Each sandwich had virtually no meat just sautéed onions and cheese. When you order from Firehouse Subs, you’re paying a premium with the expectation of premium quality.
If this location is going to cut corners on portions while still charging full price, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I purchased a firehouse sub worth 11.40$ and a brownie worth 3$. I paid and left to walmart and mentioned them to go. They never packed brownie. Isnt this negligence? I wish they pay me back my 3$ cuz canadians say food is not free in canada. What is the point if you cant complete your meal despite of paying for it. Canada sucks

I ordered the new french dip. I was looking forward to it. I received a soggy submarine without the au jus. I believe someone must have misunderstood the au jus is a side and dumped in the sub. Terrible when you receive this at home.
Tried to order online for staff and order would not go through so proceeded to order through uber eats and location did not accept order right away from what I can see. Went to location myself to find out where my order was and was told it would be another hour which would be 2hrs from the time I had originally ordered. Had to explain multiple times I ordered 40 min prior and I have staff waiting for their lunch. Finally they started to prep my order. Order was $300. Expected more.

I usually order takeout from Firehouse subs and their subs are always pretty decent. Downloaded their app a few days ago to try a promo they had for 50% off subs from 2:00:4:00pm. Tried to order 2 days in a row from Orleans, Ontario store on Innes Rd with no luck. Used their mobile app for the promo of 50% off from 2:00-4:00. Both days the promo didn’t work. On the last day of the promo, Oct 10, 2024, tried ordering again before 4:00. Didn’t work. Tried a few times and finally my order went through, without the promo, but was charged $37.05 for 2 subs. Jessica and Cristina from Firehouse Subs Guest Services emailed me to tell me the promo was from 4:00-6:00. Weird that they don’t even know what the correct times for their promo are. Maybe they had a different promo in another region. In one of their emails, Cristina, checked my account and could see my order was placed before 4:00pm, which is within their promo time period. It was clearly stated in offers, on their app that it was from 2:00-4:00. Called the Orleans store and asked about the promo not working on their app. Asked if I could order over the phone and was told offer only available through the app. They also said that the offer was from 2:00-4:00, but I had to order by 3:30 to get the offer. What?!?! I ordered through the app and went to checkout at 3:37, which is well before 4:00. Just frustrating!!

Was in the Orleans location tonight. Been many times but last few times were terrible. This time I asked for no sauces, it was doused in mayonnaise. Bread was completely soggy, not even edible. Husband had the turkey sub, again a sloppy mess. Couldn't even pick the bread up. Disgusting. For 36 bucks 2 sloppy messy soggy sandwiches. I won't be going back. If I could give it zero I would!
