Why are the burgers so expensive here? I paid $25 for a cheese burger and small fries, didn't find anything special. Mediocre food at gourmet food price

Certainly a pretty good burger, but I don't know that it's worth all the rave reviews it gets. There are other places in town with nearly identical burgers. Keep a healthy stack of napkins handy; you'll need them. The buns are thin and squish down to nothing, serving as little more than the bare minimum delivery vehicle for the meaty/cheesy/bacony goodness inside.
The fresh cut P.E.I. potato's do, however, make for some damned good fries. If you happened to be from P.E.I. though you'de just think these were the same 'ole everyday fries you get everywhere in P.E.I. 😁
This was my first visit, and even though I said as much, the person taking our order didn't seem thrilled that I didn't immediately know what I wanted and took a minute to look over the menu board. It was a quiet mid-afternoon, not busy at all, and no one else in line behind us to be held up by our taking a minute to decide.

Fries were undergone and greasy and not crunchy. The service was good which made up for the food. The bathrooms were terrible and the tables weren't cleaned properly.

Whenever I’m craving a fast, no nonsense cheeseburger, Five Guys in Orleans always hits the spot. The burgers are packed with flavour, the meat tastes fresh, and the fries are some of the best around,crispy, seasoned perfectly, and generously portioned.
The atmosphere is fun and energetic, and the staff are always upbeat and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. If you want a great burger without overthinking it, this is the place to go.

Good burger, I like the hot dog as well. However something has changed with the fries. They were amazing before. The last 2 times I was there they were different, not as good. Maybe taken out of the fryer too soon perhaps.
Fries are waay too salty, and I'm not Elon Musk, so I can't afford anything on their menu...Shop Canadian and save for retirement

Wow! Talk about a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and outgoing with eachother and customers. You can tell that they have a closeness in friendship and when it got a bit busy they went straight to the grind. A job well done team.
We went on Friday night and on Sunday night.. Both experiences from staff were excellent. It was a grand ole time all around.
